Abstract

The Village Fund Allocation is a fund from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget given to villages. The implementation of village fund allocation based on the act is intended in two fields, namely for development and community empowerment. However, in its implementation there are still shortcomings that are owned by village officials in the field of human resources that manage and technology used by villages. Good allocation of village fund can actually improve development village. This study aims to determine the effect of village fund allocation on physical and non-physical development in the area of Desa Adat Bualu, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. This study were used a quantitative approach, with a total sampel of 96 head of family from 2.646 households with purposive sampling method. Which is used based on the source is primary data and secondary data, using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The results of the research using statistical t-test showed that the t-statistic and P-Value were previously known that 1) Village fund allocation was positive and had a significant effect on the physical development of the village, which was indicated by the P-Value = 0,000 < 0,05. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t-statistic value is 11,784, which means that there is a positive influence of village fund allocation on village physical development. 2) Village fund allocation is positive and has a significant effect on community empowerment, which is indicated by the P-Value = 0,000 < 0,05. The results of the hypotests test show that the t-statistic value is 9,101 which means that there is a positive influence of village fund allocation on community empowerment. 3) Simultaneous Village Fund Allocation has a positive and significant effect on village physical development and community empowerment, which is indicated by the P-Value = 0,000 < 0,05. This means that balance is important in the development of a region, it is not olny carrying out development programs that are engeged in non-physical development, namely community empowerment. Village funds are the main capital for developing villages and prospering the community nonphysical. Better allocation of village funds will have a positive balance in village physical development and community empowerment.

Abstract

In economic activities,cooperatives play a role in helping the economic development of the community by empowering.Where empowerment is an effort to meet the needs desired by individuals, groups and the Bualu village community so that they have the ability to make choices and control their environment in order to fulfii their desires, including their accessibility to resources releted to their work, social activites and other,etc. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the savings and loan coorperative Dhana Artha in improving the econommy of the community in Bualu village, to the determine the efforts of the Dhana Artha savings and loan cooperative in improving the econommunity of the community in Bualu vilalge, and to determine the level of welfare of the community in Bualu village who are members of the savings cooprative borrow Dhana Artha.This type of research is filed research with ten respondents.the type of data is qualitative data.the data sources are primary data and secondary data.methods of data collection using observation,interview,and documentation.the data analysis technique used was the Miles and Hubermand model. The results of this study indicate that the Dhana Artha savings and loars cooperative has an effort to empower the community in improving the welfare indicotors have been fulfilled.The steps used in community economic empowerment are (enabling)creating an atmosphere or climed that allows potential community develops(empower)strengthens the potential and power of the community.With the existence of the Dhana Artha savings and loan cooperative in Bualu village,it plays an active role in improving the quality of human life for the community and increasing the income of the community,the Dhana Artha savings and loan cooperative provides capital loan products ained at helping people who need funs. Suggestions to always remind people of better service to the commuity,especially those who are members of the Dhana Artha savings and loar cooperative so that they can improme the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar. Selain itu, untukengetahui pengaruh antara variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekspalanatory Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan di SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar sebanyak 73 orang Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang diambil seluruh anggota populasi. Pada penelitian ini sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 responden Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis dalam dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 2 (dua), yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan kerja tersebut pada kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 46,3%, oleh karena itu kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 53,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Secara parsial kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar.
