Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the composition of traditional market waste, to The incidence of leaf spot disease in peanut plants is strongly influenced by temperature and humidity, for the development of the disease can occur throughout the year. If there is a source of inoculum, peanuts planted in any month will have the opportunity to be infected with leaf spot disease. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the incidence of this leaf spot disease was in peanut plants in the West Kawangkoan sub-district. This research took place from March to May 2021, using a survey method by purposive sampling. Observations in the three villages were carried out diagonally with a plot size of 2 X 2 M for 3 weeks. Morphological observations were carried out in the Pest and Plant Diseases laboratory. The results of this study indicate an increase in attacks. The incidence of leaf spot disease in the three villages was 99.19% for Kayuuwi Village, Kayuuwi Satu Village was 99.08%, and Kanonang Village was 98.56%. The average incidence of disease in West Kawangkoan District is 98.94%. Key-words: Incidence, Cercospora spp., Leaf Spot Disease Abstrak Insidensi penyakit bercak daun pada tanaman kacang tanah sangat di pengaruhi oleh suhu dan kelembaban, untuk perkembangan penyakit tersebut dapat terjadi sepanjang tahun. Jika terdapat sumber inoculum, kacang tanah yang ditanam pada bulan apapun akan berpeluang untuk terinfeksi penyakit bercak daun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar insidensi dari penyakit bercak daun ini pada tanaman kacang tanah di kecamatan Kawangkoan Barat. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Maret-Mei 2021, menggunakan metode survey secara purposive sampling. Pengamatan di ketiga desa dilakukan secara diagonal dengan ukuran petak 2 X 2 M selama 3 minggu. Untuk pengamatan morfologi dilakukan di laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukkan adanya peningkatan serangan. Insidensi dari penyakit bercak daun di ketiga desa sebesar 99,19% untuk Desa Kayuuwi, Desa Kayuuwi Satu sebesar 99,08%, dan Desa Kanonang sebesar 98,56%. Rata – rata insidensi penyakit di Kecamatan Kawangkoan Barat 98,94%. Kata Kunci : Insidensi, Cercospora spp., Penyakit Bercak Daun

Abstract

Temulawak or Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb is a very famous plant in Indonesia, even in the world. Temulawak is a plant that is often used as medicine and can be found in tropical forests. The purpose of this study was to determine the morphology of the yellow temulawak plant and to analyze the content of the curcumin compound found in the yellow temulawak. This study used TLC-Densitometry. The sample used was yellow curcuma found in Kinilow Village, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province. For morphological observations, only one plant was used as the object of observation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the morphology of yellow temulawak has a plant height of 1.29 m, stem height of 79 cm, leaf length of 71 cm, leaf width of 26 cm. Curcuma is white, purple and light green. flowers, root length 13 cm, and rhizome weight 250 grams. The curcumin content of yellow temulawak was obtained at 0.98%. Keywords: Temulawak, curcumin, TLC-Densitometry Abstrak Temulawak atau Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb merupakan tumbuhan yang sangat terkenal di Indonesia, bahkan di dunia. Temulawak merupakan tanaman yang sering digunakan sebagai obat dan dapat ditemukan di hutan tropis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui morfologi tanaman temulawak kuning dan menganalisis kandungan senyawa kurkumin yang terdapat pada temulawak kuning. Penelitian ini menggunakan KLT-Densitometri. Sampel yang digunakan adalah temulawak kuning yang terdapat di Desa Kinilow Kota Tomohon Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Untuk pengamatan morfologi, hanya satu tumbuhan yang dijadikan objek pengamatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan morfologi temulawak kuning memiliki tinggi tanaman 1,29 m, tinggi batang 79 cm, panjang daun 71 cm, lebar daun 26 cm. Temulawak berwarna putih, ungu dan hijau muda. bunga, panjang akar 13 cm, dan berat rimpang 250 gram. Kandungan kurkumin temulawak kuning diperoleh sebesar 0,98%. Abstract

The study of land suitability evaluation is very needed in agriculture. This study aims to determine the land suitability class and the distribution map of the land suitability class for Mango plants in East Lembean District by utilizing the Geographic Information System (GIS). This study uses a field survey method. In this study, land units were obtained from the results of overlapping land use maps and slopes, consisting of seven land units. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation and laboratory analysis. The data analysis technique to determine the land suitability class uses the matching technique by matching the parameters and land quality so that the land suitability class for mango plants is obtained. The conclusion of this study is that land suitability for mango plant development in East Lembean District is generally in the land suitability class S1 (very suitable) for the criteria for nutrient retention and rooting media, while the criteria for temperature and available nutrients are included in the land suitability class S2 (quite suitable) and for the hazard level criteria. erosion entered in class S3 (according to marginal). Keywords: land suitability, geographic information systems, Mangivera indica L. Abstrak Kajian evaluasi kesesuaian lahan sangat diperlukan dalam bidang pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelas kesesuaian lahan dan peta persebaran kelas kesesuaian lahan tanaman Mangga di Kabupaten Lembean Timur dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei lapangan. Pada penelitian ini satuan lahan diperoleh dari hasil tumpang tindih peta penggunaan lahan dan lereng yang terdiri dari tujuh satuan lahan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi, observasi dan analisis laboratorium. Teknik analisis data untuk menentukan kelas kesesuaian lahan menggunakan teknik pencocokan dengan mencocokkan parameter dan kualitas lahan sehingga diperoleh kelas kesesuaian lahan untuk tanaman mangga. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kesesuaian lahan untuk pengembangan tanaman mangga di Kecamatan Lembean Timur secara umum berada pada kelas kesesuaian lahan S1 (sangat sesuai) untuk kriteria retensi hara dan media perakaran, sedangkan kriteria suhu dan hara tersedia termasuk dalam kelas kesesuaian lahan S2 (cukup sesuai) dan untuk kriteria tingkat bahaya. erosi masuk dalam kelas S3 (menurut marjinal). Kata kunci: kesesuaian lahan, sistem informasi geografis, Mangivera indica L.
