Abstract

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

Strategi adalah pendekatan secara keseluruhan yang berkaitan dengan gagasan, perencanaan, dan eksekusi, sebuah aktivitas dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Strategi merupakan faktor yang paling penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan, keberhasilan suatu usaha tergantung pada kemampuan pemimpin yang busa dalam merumuskan strategi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan cara memberikan uraian-uraian dari setiap jawaban yang dikumpulkan dari responden. Menurut Satori dan Komariah (2014:22) penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu pendekatan penelitian yang mengungkap situasi sosial tertentu dengan mendeskripsikan kenyataan secara benar, dibentuk oleh kata-kata berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data yang relevan yang diperoleh dari situasi yang alamiah. Dalam menangani juru parkir liar ini terdapat beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah khusunya Dinas Perhubungan, sebab penanganan juru parkir liar tidak mudah untuk dilakukan, keberadaan juru parkir liar menjadi masalah yang serius di Kota Watampone sebab kebutuhan akan parkir dan keterbatasan titik parkir yang ada. Disisi lain semakin menjamurnya juru parkir liar disebabkan sarana dan prasarana yang dianggap oleh sebagian masyarakat masih kurang untuk perparkiran, contohnya terbatasnya kantong parkir, tentunya keberadaan juru parkir liar memiliki pro kontra tersendiri , disatu sisi ada masyarakat yang merasa dengan adanya juru parkir liar dan disisi lain ada masyarakat yang merasa sangat dirugikan dengan adanya juru parkir liar.

Abstract

HDI is an indicator used to see development progress in the long term. The purpose of this study is to see and analyze how effective the policies are to increase the Human Development Index in Bone Regency by the Bone Regency government and then to provide alternative policy recommendations to the Bone Regency regional government. The type of research method used by the researcher is the descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at the BAPPEDA office in Bone Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Policy Context is deemed to have been by the problems being faced. existing policies contain things that can solve the problem to be solved. However, in its implementation, the indicators for the preparation of HDI in Bone Regency are still lagging behind other regencies/cities in South Sulawesi, Bone Regency's HDI is still ranked 23rd out of 24 city districts. but the increase is not as big and fast as other districts. Therefore, the Bone Regency government feels it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the policies that have been issued.

Abstract

Employee competence in an organization is very decisive in achieving an organizational goal. The better the human resources in an organization, the more opportunities to achieve effective and efficient organizational goals will be realized. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing how competence influences employee performance at the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development Agency Bone regency. The stages of the research method, starting from theoretical studies and empirical studies, preparation of proposals, testing the validity and reliability of instruments, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a strong relationship and a significant influence on Academic Knowledge, Expertise and Communication in influencing motivation, thereby increasing employee performance

Abstract

This service activity aims to empower the community through appropriate technology in managing clean water to make it easier for the people of Samaenre Village to obtain clean water at a low cost. The method of carrying out this devotion used Participatory Rural Appraisal through discussion, mentoring, compiling product quality standards, designing production processes, and developing marketing strategies through marketing research results. The result of service showed that the community got relief in terms of payment of clean water tariff, where previously, each cubic was valued at 3000 rupiahs. With the presence of solar system panels, it could reduce costs to 2000 rupiahs per cubic. Meanwhile, from the management, in this case, Bumdes Samaenre could also save production costs because it no longer used generator power or PLN electricity with a reasonably high load rate and was not worried about frequent lights out.
