Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam menjalani kehidupan bermasyarakat, memperbaiki dan meningkatkan pilihan dalam kualitas hidup. Setiap individu yang melakukan suatu pekerjaan memerlukan Job embeddednes agar terciptanya nilai baik bagi karyawannya maupun organisasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh psychological capital terhadap job embeddedness dengan self leadership dan psychological capital sebagai mediasi. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambahkan informasi pada tataran teori atau keilmuan pedidikan. Merujuk pada hasil penelitian terdahulu dan teori empiris terkait proses pembelajaran dan inovasi organisasi, penelitian ini di design pengumpulan datanya dengan menyebarkan kuesioner baik secara langsung maupun kuesioner online. Responden penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 224 responden. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM), dimana hasil yang didapatkan adalah psychological capital berdampak positif pada job embeddedness, Self leadership memiliki dampak positif terhadap job embeddedness, Psychological capital memediasi hubungan self leadership dan job embeddedness.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price Book Value (PBV) on Stock Prices. The population of this study is pharmaceutical sector companies registered in IDX for the period 2016-2020. The population obtained is 10 companies and after the sample selection process with purposive sampling method, obtained 8 companies. The data source is obtained from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies registered with IDX for the period 2016-2020. Data analysis method using data regression panel analysis with the help of Eviews 10 software application. The results showed partially variable Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Price Book Value (PBV) had a significant effect on the Share Price. While the Price Earnings Ratio (PER) has no significant influence on the Share Price. Simultaneously variable Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price Book Value (PBV) affect the Share Price of pharmaceutical sector companies listed on IDX for the period 2016-2020 of 28.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of food quality and halal labels on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at the McDonald’s West Jakarta branch. The population in this study consisted of Muslim consumers who purchased products from the McDonald’s West Jakarta branch at least twice within six months and were aged between 17 and above 35 years old. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling, resulting in a total sample of 105 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that food quality and halal labels have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, food quality and halal labels positively influence customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between food quality, halal labels, and customer loyalty.
