Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru melaksanakan proses pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. Rancangan penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah guru-guru di SMK Negeri 1 Sarjo yang berjumlah 10 orang. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran para guru mata pelajaran meningkat secara sinifikan, pada Prasiklus memperoleh hasil rata-rata 63,22 (kriteria kurang), Siklus I memperoleh hasil 68,93 (kriteria cukup), dan Siklus II memperoleh hasil rata-rata 86,28 (kriteria sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik mengalami peningkatan. Saran bagi guru untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuannya dengan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah maupun pengawas sekolah, serta belajar secara mandiri. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the learning process through academic supervision. This research design is a qualitative research with a school action research approach. The subjects of this school action research were 10 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Sarjo. The research data analysis method used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of ability to carry out the learning process of subject teachers increased significantly, in the Pre-cycle the average results were 63.22 (less criteria), Cycle I obtained 68.93 results (sufficient criteria), and Cycle II obtained average results. -average 86.28 (very good criteria). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ability of teachers to carry out the learning process through academic supervision has increased. Based on the conclusions, suggestions are made for teachers to continue to improve their abilities with guidance from school principals and school supervisors, and learn independently.
