Medical record files need to be kept confidential so that they are not easily read by parties who are not competent to know the patient's medical secrets. Based on this background, the authors formulate a problem, namely how the effectiveness of the implementation of medical secrets at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. And what are the obstacles to implementing medical secrets at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. This study aims to explain the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of medical secrets at the dental and oral hospital (rsgm) of jenderal soedirman university purwokerto and the analysis of obstacles to the implementation of medical secrets at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. However, its implementation has not been carried out effectively because the medical record work unit of the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto does not yet have a medical record confidentiality policy, but the rsgm hospital refers to the policy of patient and family rights. So that the process of implementing the confidentiality of medical records in the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto unit has been carried out properly, namely in terms of room access rights filling.
