Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan tahunan 43 perusahaan perbankanpertambangan sub sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di (www.idx.co.id) pada tahun 2016-2020. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan perbankan yag terdaftar di Bursa Efek tahun 2016-2020 dengan nilai signifikansi Good Corporate Governaance (X1) sebesar 0,006<0,05 dan t hitung 2,603 > t tabel 1,81246. Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan perbankan yag terdaftar di Bursa Efek tahun 2016-2020 dengan nilai signifikansi Corporate Social Responsibility (X2) sebesar 0,002<0,05 dan t hitung 2,029 > t tabel 1,81246. Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan perbankan yag terdaftar di Bursa Efek tahun 2016-2020 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan F hitung 12,180 > F tabel  4,10. Dewan Direksi memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam menentukan arah perbankan untuk mencapai laba.Oleh sebab itu, Dewan Direksi memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan.Dewan direksi berperan sebagai pimpinan sebuah perusahaan yang melaksanakan strategi dan kebijakan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

Local governments have the authority to fulfill the rights of Persons with Disabilities as stipulated in Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. The problems discussed in this study are related to the form of the role of local governments in fulfilling the rights of Persons with Disabilities in the facilities and infrastructure of the Transjakarta bus stop in West Jakarta and whether the services provided are in accordance with the laws and regulations. The type of research used normative legal research type using secondary data as the main data and primary data in the form of interviews as supporting data. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that there are still problems related to the facilities and infrastructure of the Transjakarta bus stop and there are no special regulations regarding maintenance provisions for the existing facilities and infrastructure of the Transjakarta bus stop. So there needs to be better coordination with related agencies such as the Transportation Department to carry out supervision and evaluation and the Highway Service to carry out development related to infrastructure such as pedestrian crossing bridges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of parents and coaches towards novice athletes in Semarang City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The research subjects used in this study were novice athletes in Semarang City. Data collection by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Quantitative data analysis consists of normality tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 software. In the Parental Role variable, the minimum value obtained is 109.00, the maximum value is 163.00 and the average value is 123.92 with a standard deviation of 13.14. The results of the descriptive analysis test of the Role of the Coach variable showed that the minimum value was 100.00, the maximum value was 177.00 and the average was 123.45 with a standard deviation of 12.98. Furthermore, the results of descriptive analysis of the Concentration variable obtained a minimum value of 5.00, a maximum value of 26.00 and an average of 11.81 with a standard deviation of 5.18. The results of the descriptive analysis of the Self-Confidence variable showed a minimum value of 104.00, a maximum value of 163.00 and an average of 126.65 with a standard deviation of 13.61. There is a significant relationship between the role of parents and coaches on the concentration and self-confidence of athletes both partially and simultaneously.This research may still have limitations so that suggestions for future researchers can expand the variables to be studied.
