Abstract

Thematic Community Service Program, Faculty of Economics, Indo Global Mandiri University is carried out with the aim that students are able to apply the fields of study that have been taken during the education period, so that they can train students' mentality naturally before going directly into the real world of work. Through this thematic KKN students are able to adapt directly to situations, circumstances, risks and students are required to be responsible for all activities that take place during the KKN period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Halal Label and Brand Image on Wardah Product Purchasing Decisions (Case Study in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics, UIGM Palembang). This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample consists of 226 students who are calculated using the Slovin formula. And taking the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis through the support of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24 program. Based on the results of the t-test Halal Label (X1) and Brand Image (X2) have a respective significance level of 0.00 <0, 05, which means that the two variables influence the purchase decision. The calculation of the f test proves that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant level with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

Career development shows a person's emotional and mental reactions to his work, career development affects the quality and quantity in the terminal service unit type a karya jaya Palembang. This study aims to analyse the effect of career development and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Karya Jaya Palembang Type A Terminal Service Unit. The object of this research is 42 employees of Terminal Service Unit Type A Karya Jaya Palembang. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 26. Based on the results and discussion, there is an influence of career development and work enthusiasm on employee performance. Career development and work enthusiasm simultaneously have a significant effect on performance variables. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the influence of career development and work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on performance on the performance of employees of the terminal service unit type A Karya Jaya Palembang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat rasio pengendalian biaya, perputaran modal kerja dan rentabilitas ekonomi pada perusahaan PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk. Data laporan keuangan dari tahun 2016 sampai 2020 dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Temuan riset membuktikan bahwa dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020 rasio pengendalian biaya dikategorikan efisien dengan angka rata rata 33,41% dan berada di atas angka rata-rata industri. Namun, dalam periode yang sama, rasio perputaran modal kerja dan rasio rentabilitas ekonomi secara berturut-turut bernilai rata-rata sebesar 2,994 dan 5,64% dan dikategorikan kurang baik karena berada di bawah angka rata-rata industri.
