Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengembangan sumber daya manusia bisa dicermati menurut 2 aspek yaitu pendidikan formal dan nonformal Sumber daya manusia yang berkembang atau maju bahkan dikatakan bisa menaruh donasi bagi pembangunan warga. Pemerintah Kecamatan hamparan perak khususnya Desa dusun XVI sidomulyo mendorong warga untuk menaikkan pendidikan baik formal juga nonformal buat meningkatkan kecepatan perkembangan setiap individu dan keluarga. Dari kenyataannya manusialah yang akan memilih kemampuan warga di suatu desa untuk berbagi dirinya, walaupun pada desa masih ada sumber daya alamnya Hal-hal seperti inilah yang salah satunya terdapat pada Desa dusun XVI sidomulyo, dimana asal daya alam yg melimpah, tetapi belum pada penuhi oleh warga Desa dusun XVI sidomulyo sendiri sebagai akibatnya kelompok lain yang seharusnya menikmati hasil kekayaan alam yang terdapat pada tanah Desa dusun XVI sidomulyo. Partisipasi warga desa Desa dusun XVI sidomulyo masih dalam taraf rendah sampai sedang. Sumber daya manusia mempengaruhi partisipasi warga pada Desa dusun XVI sidomulyo merupakan meningkatkan pendidikan seorang maka meningkat juga tingkat partisipasinya.

Abstract

Community-based development is known as the concept of building a more open space so that the community would be able to be involved in the development process so that development could adjust the need to utilize the potential to improve quality of life. The research model used is qualitative research, with research location in Selorejo village, dau sub-district, Malang regency, through interviews and documentation, in determining the sample, researchers used the purposive sampling, data analysis used analytical models of Miles and Huberman, while testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. Research concludes 1). community awareness to actively be involved in every community-based development process is already well supported by a culture of cooperation is still strong. 2). Efforts to improve human resource quality in Selorejo village are still low. There's an effort to optimize human quality development via education and health such as creating Early Education, Kindergarten, and Islamic Elementary Schools directed to orange farmers, and skill training for Youth groups and women groups.

Abstract

Community development, which seeks to increase participation and a sense of participation and belonging together in the program to be implemented, must also contain elements of community empowerment. Empowerment refers to the ability of people, especially vulnerable or weak groups, to have access to productive sources that enable them to increase their income and obtain the goods and services they need and then participate in the development process and decisions that affect their environment. or themselves. In reality, this process often does not appear automatically, but rather grows and develops based on the interaction of local communities with external parties or social workers who work based on charitable encouragement or a professional perspective. These social workers act as social assistants. Who is present as an agent of change who is involved in helping solve the problems they face. Social assistance can be interpreted as a dynamic interaction between poor groups and social workers to jointly face various or various challenges. Community development is also interpreted as a strategy of choice in the context of alternative development, while the concept of alternative development in development discourse is then a reaction to the weaknesses of the development model, also overcoming the problem of poverty, preserving the environment and solving strange social problems that oppress society.
