Abstract

Background. The Covid-19 Vaccine Service is the latest breakthrough in handling the Covid-19 Pandemic. Vaccination must be carried out optimally in providing services because client satisfaction is the primary indicator of health services' success. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of community satisfaction with the Covid-19 Vaccine service in Belantih Village, Kintamani District. Method. This study employed descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population was the people of Belantih Village who had received the Covid-19 vaccine, a total of 1655 people. The number of samples was 343 respondents through probability sampling technique with the stratified random sampling, then in each Banjar using the Simple Random Sampling method. The data were collected using a questionnaire made by the researcher and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results. Findings indicated that the percentage level of community satisfaction with the Covid-19 Vaccine service in Belantih Village, Kintamani District, was in the satisfied category (93.3% of respondents). Based on the percentage results for each satisfaction characteristic, the respondents were satisfied in all characteristics, Tangibles (54.2%), Reliability (54.5%), Responsiveness (55.4%), Assurance (65.3%), and Empathy (60.6%). Conclusion. Most respondents (93.3%) said they were satisfied with the Covid-19 Vaccine service in Belantih Village, Kintamani District.
