<![CDATA[Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses hukum dalam penerapan restorative justice menurut Peraturan Kejaksaan Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pemberhentian Penuntutan Berdasarkan Restoratif Justice. Dan rumusan masalah dalam penulisan hukum ini adalah penerapan Restorative Justice pada Kejaksaan Negeri Sleman berdasarkan Peraturan Kejaksaan Nomor 15 Tahun 2020. Dalam penulisan hukum ini digunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam penerapan restorative justice di Kejaksaan Negeri Sleman dalam perkara hukum bersama-sama oleh Eka Setya Novianto dan Siti Nafsyah alias Assa yang melanggar Pasal 351 Ayat (1) KUHP jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) KUHP ke-1 sesuai dengan Peraturan Kejaksaan Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pemberhentian Penuntutan Berdasarkan Restorative Justice yang mengacu pada peradilan yang cepat, sederhana dan biaya murah. Kata kunci: Implikasi; Keadilan; Pengacara; RestoratifAbstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the legal process in the application of restorative justice according to the Prosecutor's Office Regulation Number 15 of 2020 concerning the Dismissal of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice. And the formulation of the problem in this legal writing is the application of Restorative Justice at the Sleman District Attorney under Prosecutor's Regulation No. 15 of 2020. In this legal writing, a normative research method is used by using primary and secondary legal materials. The result of this study is that in the application of restorative justice at the Sleman District Attorney in a legal case jointly by Eka Setya Novianto and Siti Nafsyah aka Assa who violated Article 351 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code in accordance with the Prosecutor's Regulation No. 15 of 2020 concerning the Dismissal of Prosecution based on Restorative Justice which refers to a fast, simple and low-cost trial.
