Abstract

This study seeks to gain a better understanding of the involvement of purchasing premium fashion products. Therefore, it considers consumer attitudes towards premium product engagement by investigating how fashion awareness and materialism serve as the main antecedents of purchasing involvement in premium fashion products. This study aims to test the model and adapt it from the involvement of purchasing premium products. This study uses purposive sampling, an online survey method is used based on 270 questionnaires that can be collected. The results of the study reveal that fashion awareness and materialism affect the involvement of purchasing premium fashion products. The practical implication is that there must be successful communication with the fashion-conscious and materialistic millennial consumers in order to develop strategies that are consistent with consumer values ​​and lifestyle appeals. This paper develops a comprehensive model that examines and analyzes the relationship between fashion awareness, materialism, and purchase involvement in premium fashion products.

Abstract

The issue of drug abuse or drug use is still a problem that is quite concerning for the Indonesian people now. Indonesia is the right target for drug traffickers because of its large population and a large number of young people. It is a big challenge for the government to overcome this problem, through institutions, namely the National Narcotics Agency. The pattern of prevention and eradication that is secured and the illicit traffic of narcotics cannot be carried out in the old ways and in the same way. Innovation or new ways are needed to improve the performance of the National Narcotics Agency. One of the organizational values ​​of the National Narcotics Agency is innovatif. This study aims to explore the implementation of innovation in the National Narcotics Agency, for the Special Region of Yogyakarta (BNNP DIY). The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research prove that there is an implementation of innovation at BNNP DIY through new programs, new methods, and improving service quality. The innovation aims to optimize the implementation of the function of preventing and eradicating the threat and circulation of illicit drugs in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine leadership style, work discipline and good corporate governance principles on employee performance at the Pamella supermarket in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study was 130 respondents using a questionnaire. Technical analysis in this study using hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are leadership style, transparency, independence and fairness do not significantly influence the performance of employees at Pamella Supermarket in the city of Yogyakarta. As for the variables of Work Discipline, Accountability and Responsibility have a significant effect on employee performance at the Pamella Supermarket in the City of Yogyakarta. Furthermore, the results of the Fcount test obtained a value of 2,782 and a significance value of 0.010. R Square value of 0.138.

Abstract

Human resources remain a focal point for organizations in their efforts to survive and compete in an increasingly competitive environment. One of the primary concerns of managers in enhancing organizational effectiveness is employee behavior in the workplace. Human resources serve as a crucial element within organizations, playing a significant role in achieving organizational goals. Beyond merely assisting organizations in reaching their objectives, human resources also contribute to defining attainable and effective goals based on the available resources. This study aims to examine the influence of education level, competence, and communication on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Yellow Star Hotel Gejayan. The research adopts an associative approach using quantitative methods. The sample consists of 122 employees working at Yellow Star Hotel Gejayan. The results of the analysis indicate that education level has a significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Yellow Star Hotel Gejayan. Additionally, competence and communication also exhibit a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the hotel.
