Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian-ini-bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap manfaat penggunaan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) dalam PT. GOJEK INDONESIA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini ialah metode kepustakaan yang mana penulis mencari sumber tulisan dari beberpa literatur buku, artikel, jurnal, website, dan lain sebagainya. Dari hasil obeservasi sekarang PT. GOJEK INDONESIA menggunakan menerapkan tiga jenis sistem ERP yaitu : 1.Transaction Processing Systems, 2.Enterprise Collaboration Systems,  3.Process Control Systems. Ketiga sistem tersebut dapat membantu kelancaran pelayanan yang diberika PT. GOJEK INDONESIA kepada pelanggan dan pengemudi. Selain membantu kelancaran pelayanan, salah satu sistem ini dapat meningktkan komunikasi antara pengemudi dan pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan bisa merasakan kenyamanan tersendiri.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Pelayanan, Teknologi -Abstract-This study aims to analyze the benefits of using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in PT. GOJEK INDONESIA. The research method used in this paper is the library method in which the author looks for sources of writing from several literature books, articles, journals, websites, and so on. From the results of observations now PT. GOJEK INDONESIA implements three types of ERP systems, namely: 1.Transaction Processing Systems, 2.Enterprise Collaboration Systems, 3.Process Control Systems. These three systems can help smooth the services provided by PT. GOJEK INDONESIA to customers and drivers. In addition to helping smooth service, one of these systems can improve communication between drivers and customers, so that customers can feel their own comfort.Keywords: Application, Service, Technology
