Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai harga wajar saham pada PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. Pada tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan metode Gordon growth model sehingga dapat membandingkan dengan harga pasar saham beredar tersebut. Dalam menentukan harga wajar saham dan pengambilan keputusan investasi, penulis menggunakan metode Gordon grow thodel dengan unsur pokok yaitu required rate of return, expected growth rate, dan value of stock serta membandingkan harga wajar  dengan harga pasar saham tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. dapat diketahui bahwa harga saham berada pada harga Rp 246 per lembar saham sedangkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang didapat yaitu harga wajar sebesar Rp 22 per lembar saham. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga saham PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. bersifat overvalued.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial technology on Bank Mandiri's profitability before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The analytical method in this study uses secondary data, namely data obtained from the annual financial reports contained on the official website www.bankmandiri.co.id and perform a different test using SPSS. The results showed that the effect of financial technology on Bank Mandiri's profitability before and during the Covid 19 pandemic was no difference in the use of financial technology with the variables ROA, ROE, and NIM, on Bank Mandiri's profitability for the 2018-2021 period.
