Abstract

PT Mahiza Karya Mandiri is a service company for engineering and electrical disturbances. Research identification shows that there are indications of fluctuating employee job satisfaction in the company, so it is necessary to identify the factors that can affect employee job satisfaction. Factors that affect employee job satisfaction identified from this study include job stress and work motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee job satisfaction in technical services at PT. Mahiza Karya Mandiri Cabang Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research using the saturated sampling method on the employees of the Engineering Services section at PT. Mahiza Karya Mandiri Cabang Bekasi. The source of this research data is primary data in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires that have been distributed to 75 respondents. Data processing using SPSS Version 25 analysis technique. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, in the partial test of the work stress variable, the t-count value of 3.743 is greater than the t-table value of 1.993 and the work motivation variable with the tcount of 8.005 is greater than the t-table value of 1.993

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure and workload on employee performance at the Bekasi City Fire Department. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, where the object used is the employees of the Bekasi City Fire Department. The number of samples used in this study were 60 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique. This study uses primary data conducted in distributing questionnaires to employees at the Bekasi City Fire Department. After the data is collected, the data is processed using the SPSS 25 for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the infrastructure and workload variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then, simultaneously the variables of Infrastructure and Workload partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

thesis entitled Effect of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Work Discipline at SMP Negeri 22 Bekasi City. This study aims to determine whether the variables of work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on work discipline. The population in this study were 55 people who were assigned as teaching staff, SMP Negeri 22 Bekasi City having the address at Jl. Bintara, Bintara Jaya, Bekasi City. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 application program. This has been proven by the multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 2.263+0.282(X₁)+0.405(X₂). Simultaneously the results obtained from this study are that the variables of work environment and job satisfaction have a significant influence on the teacher's work discipline variable, with results showing f count > f table of f count 36,921 > f table 3,175. Partially the results show that the work environment variable has a significant effect on work discipline, with the results showing the value of t arithmetic 3,371 > t table 2.006 and sig. 0,02 < 0.05 and the variable job satisfaction also has a significant effect on Work Discipline with the results showing the t count of 3,346 > 1,674 and the value of sig. 0,002 < 0,05

Abstract

The study aim at analyzing the organizational culture structuring seen from the perspective of 7s Mc Kinsey and analyzing the organizational culture contributions against crucial success factors on the company's financial performance aspect. Qualitative research use with the case study approach at PT Angkasa Pura I as a commercial transport management company, which is one of the Indonesian states - owned enterprises. Desain explorative and descriptive use complement this research. Data collection do through observation, interviews, literature study, and focus group discussion. Data analysis doing by a successive approximation technique. The results showed that seven components include structure, systems, style, staff, skill, strategy, and shared value/superordinate goals in the organization's effects and influenced by the culture of the organization, so the setup or repair of system components will affect the organizational culture. Similarly, the setup or improvement of the cultural organization will affect the organizational system components. Also, research results show that the development of organizational culture and on going socialization affects the growth of profitability (ROA, ROE).
