Abstract

This study aims to see and know the various motivations that make students choose to reside in Islamic boarding schools. The Islamic boarding school in question is the Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung Islamic Boarding School which is also a place of research. Furthermore, students residing in Islamic boarding schools are referred to as Santri. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, using observation as a preliminary study, questionnaire distribution, and documentation for extracting and completing data. The subjects in this study were all students of i'dad class students with a total of 66 students, with details of 40 male students and 26 female students. Based on the results of data analysis obtained in the field, it is stated that the motivation of students to choose to live in a pesantren is caused by internal factors based on self-decisions showing a percentage of 78.38%, external factors based on parents' motivation of 75.68%, and factors needs that indicate an average percentage of 79.92%, consisting of (1) physiological needs, (2) security needs, (3) social needs, 4) self-esteem needs / rewards, and (5) self-actualization needs. So that it can be categorized very well, this shows that the results obtained are positive for students who choose to live in boarding schools.

Abstract

Abstract. Literacy today is not longer simply defined as the ability to read and write, but rather encompasses a broader meaning that includes a deep understanding of various aspects of life. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of financial literacy innovation and innovation on the performance and sustainability of UMKM in Cibeureuyeuh Village, Sumedang Regency. A qualitative approach was chosen because it allows researchers to comprehensively explore the experiences, views, and perceptions of the community regarding literacy innovation programs implemented in this village. Data for this study were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis from various relevant sources. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using coding techniques. The results of the research indicate that financial literacy has a positive impact on the residents of Cibeureuyeuh village, as it becomes part of the necessity factor and demands of the times, as well as the main goal of continuing and developing UMKM processes sustainably. Literasi saat ini tidak lagi hanya diartikan sebagai kemampuan membaca dan menulis, melainkan memiliki makna yang lebih luas yang mencakup pemahaman mendalam terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran inovasi literasi finansial dan inovasi terhadap kinerja UMKM dan keberlanjutan UMKM di desa Cibeureuyeuh Kabupaten Sumedang. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali secara komprehensif pengalaman, pandangan, dan persepsi masyarakat terkait program inovasi literasi yang diterapkan di desa ini. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif serta analisis dokumen melalui beberapa rujukan sumber terkait. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik coding Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi finansial memberi dampak positif bagi warga masyarakat desa cibeureuyeuh karena menjadi bagain dari factor kebuituhan dan tuntutan perkembangan zaman serta tujuan utama yaitu melanjutkan dan mengembangkan proses UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Maintaining and improving the quality and quantity of services provided by Islamic education service institutions requires results demonstrated by students. It is not an easy task to keep students behaving constructively. Learning stress is one factor that is often associated with this characteristic. The aims of the Research was to see the relationship between the productive behavior of students of Pondok Pesantren Mahasantri Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung and the level of learning stress. The study findings show that the rxy magnitude is - 0.204 < r table 5% is 0.279, which indicates that the hypothesis is rejected which states that there is a relationship between learning stress and productive behavior of students at a significant level of 5%. With such, it is impossible to anticipate the level of productivity of students based on the level of stress they experience in learning.

Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk kimia secara berlebihan telah menimbulkan berbagai masalah lingkungan, seperti penurunan kualitas tanah dan pencemaran air. Sebagai alternatif, pupuk organik seperti kompos daun bambu memiliki potensi besar dalam memperbaiki struktur tanah dan meningkatkan kesuburan tanah secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penyuluhan penggunaan pupuk kompos daun bambu terhadap pemahaman petani dan peningkatan kesehatan tanah dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan penyuluhan partisipatif kepada kelompok petani di Desa Baros. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dengan petani untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku dan pengetahuan mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengikuti penyuluhan, pemahaman petani tentang pentingnya pupuk organik dan cara pembuatan kompos daun bambu meningkat secara signifikan. Sehingga Penyuluhan penggunaan pupuk kompos daun bambu merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran petani tentang pentingnya pertanian berkelanjutan. Penggunaan kompos daun bambu secara teratur dapat memperbaiki kualitas tanah dan meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian

Abstract

Nonformal education is a strategic instrument for strengthening social resilience and community independence in the face of global challenges. However, its role is often marginalised and not yet optimally integrated into formal education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, analysing scientific articles, educational policies, and best practices related to the role of nonformal education in social empowerment. The analysis was conducted by identifying the main themes: social resilience, individual independence, and non-formal-formal education synergy. The results show that nonformal education contributes significantly to improving life skills, strengthening social networks, and empowering the local economy. Community-based programs can reach marginalised groups, promote social inclusion, and strengthen community participation in development. Nonformal education should be viewed as a strategic pillar of community development. Policy synergy and multi-stakeholder collaboration are needed to create an inclusive and sustainable learning ecosystem.
