Abstract

Islamic education has an important role in life as it relates to moral, socio-cultural and religious values. In the early days of independence until the emergence of the old order and the new order, Islamic education experienced significant development and became a concern from the government so that we can feel the impact at this time. The purpose of this writing is so that readers can understand how islamic education policy in the era of the Old Order and the New Order. The method used in this writing is the study of libraries by taking literature from books, journals through google scholar and related news. The results showed that Islamic education in the Old Order era began to be considered as evidenced by the start of religious education in domestic and private schools but parents and students could refuse if they felt objected. Islamic education in the New Order era began to increase, namely the use of the national curriculum in madrassas such as schools in general.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan Psikologi Islam mengenai wanita poliandri? Serta bagaimana hukum dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari wanita poliandri bagi dirinya sendiri, bagi suami dan anaknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari buku dan artikel jurnal. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, menjabarkan ke dalam unit-unit, melakukan sintesis, menyusun pola dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik poliandri di Indonesia masih terjadi di berbagai daerah, menurut hukum Islam poliandri diharamkan sesuai dengan QS. An-Nisa: 24. Poliandri juga menimbulkan banyak masalah seperti psikologi, kesehatan, serta dampak negatif bagi dirinya sendiri, suami dan anak. Drupadi sebagai tokoh poliandri dalam kisah Mahabarata dapat dijadikan contoh pendidikan masyarakat melalui pertunjukkan wayang mengenai larangan serta dampak dari poliandri.

Abstract

Bullying behavior in schools has been going on for a long time and is still growing today. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss bullying behavior in schools in the perspective of Islamic Psychology. The method used in this writing is the study of libraries by taking literature from the Quran and Hadith, journals through google scholar and scopus, news and related books. The results of this study show that bullying behavior in schools in the perspective of Islamic Psychology is abusive behavior that a person does to others in verbal or physical form according to an Islamic point of view. This behavior can result in mental disorders even to suicide. Efforts to overcome bullying are to instill awareness as early as possible about the bullying virus and give love to children. For victims of bullying who experience mental disorders are given guidance and forgiveness techniques, al-Tasywiq and al-Tadzkir, Tsawab and Iqab, tazkiyah and ta'lim al-hikmah.Â
