Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of motivation and education and training on the performance of private employees, in which this research was conducted at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study was determined based on Slovin formula, so that a sample of 72 people was obtained, while the approach used in sampling was through simple random sampling. While the data analysis in this study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research on the motivation variable, the results obtained that the value of t count is greater than t table (2.652> 1.994) with a significance level of 0.010 smaller than 0.05. Then H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the t test above it can be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya Pekanbaru. While the results of testing on education and training variables, the results obtained that the value of t count is greater than t table (2,084> 1,994) with a significance level of 0.041 smaller than 0.05. Then H2 is accepted, Based on the results of the t test above it can be concluded that education and training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya  Pekanbaru. In a simultaneous test (F test), obtained f count greater than f table that is equal to 86,600> 3.13 with a significance level of 0,000 smaller than 0.05, this means that H3 is accepted. Which means that simultaneously the motivation and education variables and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. So it can be concluded that motivation and education and training together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of private employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya  Pekanbaru. The large impact caused by the two variables is 71.50%, this explains that motivation and education and training have an effect of 71.50% on the performance of employees at PT. The Desire of Tata Jaya Pekanbaru, while the rest was not assessed in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Surya Pilar Perkasa. One way used to increase employee loyalty for companies is compensation. Compensation is a form of reward received by employees in lieu of services they have provided to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of compensation on employee loyalty PT. Surya Pillars of Might. The population in this study were 85 employees. The sample taken is the whole of the population of 85 employees. For the regression of linear analysis, the regression equation is generated as follows: Y = 6.464 + 1.421.X and the constant value of 6.464 states that if the value of X = 0 or Compensation variable does not exist, then the value of Employee Loyalty variable is 6.464. The regression coefficient of the Compensation variable is 1.421, meaning that every addition of 1 (one) variable point of Compensation, then it will increase employee loyalty equal to 1.421 times. The interpretation of the equation above is that the variable regression coefficient of Compensation (X) has a positive sign (1.421), which implies that Compensation is in line with Employee Loyalty variable, in other words that the Compensation variable has a positive impact on Employee Loyalty. Based on the value of t, obtained t-count of 2.952 at the sig level of 0.000. The calculation results show that Compensation has t arithmetic larger than t table that is 2.952> 1,988 which means Ho is rejected so Ha accepted. It can be concluded that the Compensation variable has a significant influence on employee loyalty in PT. Surya Pilar Perkasa Pekanbaru. Furthermore, R2 value of 0.669. Because this coefficient determination test obtained from simple linear regression calculation, the coefficient of determination of 0.669 or R2 x 100% by 67%. The meaning of the value has the implication that the compensation variable affects Loyalty by 67%, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to analyze the implementation of the relationship betweendiscipline and teacher performance in SMA Negeri 01 Koto Kampar Hulu. By using a totalsample of 32 people. In this research, the writer used quantitative research method usingSPSS data processing system. From the results obtained, the r count variable of workdiscipline is 0.641 and the value of r table is 0.338. so that r count> r table (0.641> 0.338)and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it means that there is a positive and significantrelationship between the discipline variable and the performance variable. Finally, from thisstudy it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship betweendiscipline and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 01 Koto Kampar Hulu.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Air Hitam 4 Pekanbaru. In this study, the quality of service is believed to have an effect on customer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative research approach, where data is obtained through questionnaires to respondents and the scale used is the Likert scale. The sampling technique in this study used the Incidental Sampling technique, because the population in this study was too large. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient has a positive value of 1.102, this indicates that if the quality of service is improved it will lead to an increase in customer satisfaction. And from the results of the t test, it was obtained that the t count was 29,631 > t table 1,984, then Ha was accepted, so it can be concluded that the quality of service has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Indomaret Air Hitam 4 Pekanbaru

Abstract

: This research was conducted at SMK X in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMK X in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all 36 teachers. The sampling technique in this study used the census method. The data analysis used in this study used quantitative methods. Based on the results of data processing carried out from the results of hypothesis testing with the t test, the t-count value (8.755) is greater than the t-table value (2.032), with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, which means leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK X in Pekanbaru. For the coefficient of determination (R2) the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.693 means that the contribution or contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 0.693 or 69.3% while the remaining 30.7% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at Telkom Pekanbaru Vocational School. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of permanent foundation teachers at Telkom Pekanbaru Vocational School. The population in this study was 68 teachers. The sample in this study was taken based on the saturated sampling method. The sample in this research was 68 teachers. In analyzing the data obtained from this research the author used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis methods. From the results of research using descriptive analysis, it was stated that the respondents' responses to the Work Environment variable were agree and the Teacher Performance variable was agree. Based on the results of research using quantitative analysis, it is known that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 1.578 + 0.700 significant level 0.000 < 0.05. From the determination test it is known that (R2) is 0.543. Which means that the Work Environment variable has an influence of 54.3% on Teacher Performance at Telkom Pekanbaru Vocational School, the remaining 45.7% is influenced by variable factors that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia, with a case study at a Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in Pekanbaru. The research sample consisted of 37 people, taken using the census method. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the partial t-test show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the BPRS (t-count = 4.477 > t-table = 2.035). The magnitude of the effect of work motivation on employee performance is 36.4% (R² = 0.364). Based on these findings, it is recommended that management strengthen the relationship between superiors and subordinates to create a harmonious work climate, considering that this aspect received the lowest response from respondents. The results of this study are expected to provide input for the development of more effective human resource management systems in Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

This applied research study, conducted using a survey method, aimed to analyze the impact of service quality on community satisfaction within the context of rural public services. A total of 88 respondents participated in the study, which was carried out at a village office. The collected data were analyzed using a t-test and coefficient of determination analysis. The t-test results confirm that service quality has a significant and positive effect on community satisfaction (t-statistic = 11.128 > t-table = 1.988, with a significance level of p < 0.05). Furthermore, subsequent analysis revealed a strong relationship between the two variables, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.768. More specifically, service quality was found to contribute 59.0% (R Square = 0.590) to the variation in community satisfaction levels. This study concludes that in the rural public service context, service quality is a dominant determining factor in shaping community satisfaction.
