Abstract

TikTok is an application that gives each user the freedom to create short videos that can be added with music filters, music and other interesting features. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence or impact the TikTok application has on the lifestyle of teenagers, especially students at the Islamic state university of north sumatera. As for method using data collection methods such as distributing questionnaires, interviews, documentation and so on depending on which research object is being studied. From the results of the study we found that there was a very large and significant influence caused by this TikTok application. These results can be seen from the test results of the instrument which states that TikTok social media is very influential on the achievement and personality of teenagers.

Abstract

Technological developments have shaped internet-based markets around the world. This internet- based market has supported many industries, one of which is the automotive industry. The automotive industry is an important component in the country's economic growth. This paper focuses on electronic supply chain management or e-SCM in the automotive industry and the impact of implementing e-SCM on organizations. The method used by the author is a literature review method where the author searches and studies journals, both national and international on the internet. The results of several journals found that ease of use and perceived usefulness influence the adoption of e-SCM systems in organizations. It was concluded that, perceived usefulness and ease of application of e-SCM technology can improve performance in the automotive industry.

Abstract

Salah satu kunci kesuksesan UMKM yakni tidak terlepas dari bagaimana cara mereka melakukan transaksi pembayaran. Banyak resiko ketika melakukan pembayaran secara manual yang dapat mengancam keberlangsungan UMKM. Masih begitu banyak pelaku usaha UMKM yang melakukan transaksi pembayaran secara manual, karena banyak UMKM yang buta teknologi atau tidak paham terhadap pengoperasian aplikasi yang ada di android. Sebagai mahasiswa peneliti melakukan pembinaan atau bimbingan berupa pelatihan kepada pelaku usaha UMKM agar terbiasa dengan sistem pembayaran digital berupa QRIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS memberikan beberapa manfaat kepada pemilik UMKM Warung Nusa Indah salah satunya meminimalisir resiko uang yang hilang, kesulitan mencari uang kembalian, dan lain sebagainya. Walapun masih sedikit pembeli yang melakukan pembayaran non tunai, namun Pemilik UMKM yakin bahwa mereka pasti akan menghadapi era dimana harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, dengan adanya system pembayaran digital ini mereka akan mampu menjalankan UMKM agar dapat terus bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya di era kecanggihan teknologi.
