<![CDATA[AbstrakDalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan, kesejahteraan dan keadilan dalam masyarakat, organisasi pemerintah merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan non profit berupa peningkatan keamanan, peningkatan mutu pendidikan, pelayanan kesehatan dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis ekonomi, efisiensi, dan efektivitas terhadap realisasi anggaran pada Puskesmas Penumping Kota Surakarta. Pengukuran ini menggunakan Value For Money. Sampel Penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan Puskesmas Penumping Tahun 2015-2021. Analisis data yang dilaksanakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif deskriptif yang dipergunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat indikator kinerja keuangan pada organisasi sektor publik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengukuran value for money. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kinerja BLUD Puskesmas Penumping Kota Surakarta masuk dalam kategori ekonomis. Pada tingkat efisiensi, Kinerja BLUD Puskesmas Penumping masuk dalam kategori kurang efisien. Pada tingkat efektivitas, kinerja BLUD Puskesmas Penumping masuk dalam kategori kurang efektif.Kata Kunci: Value For Money, BLUD Puskesmas, KinerjaAbstractIn an effort to improve services, welfare and justice in society, government organizations are one form of non-profit activity in the form of increasing security, increasing the quality of education, health services and others. This study aims to examine and analyze the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the budget realization at the Penumping Public Health Center in Surakarta. This measurement uses Value For Money. The sample of this research is the Financial Report of the Penumping Health Center 2015-2021. The data analysis carried out is descriptive quantitative analysis which is used to determine the level of financial performance indicators in public sector organizations. This research method uses value for money measurement techniques. The results showed that the performance of the BLUD of the Public Health Center of Penumping, Surakarta, was included in the economic category. At the efficiency level, the performance of the BLUD of the Penumping Health Center is in the less efficient category.
