Abstract

The problems we face today live in a time of moral degradation and destruction. People feel proud if they can imitate the trend carried by the West; both in thought and lifestyle. Ironically, not a few generations of Muslims who terpedaya with the trend. They make Western values as their standard of behavior and morals. Meanwhile, Islamic morality is increasingly felt strange and difficult to practice in the midst of society facing such problems plural and complex. The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe the steps Implementation of values of Ethics, Moral and Morals in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto This research type is field research research using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive explorative, that is by describing state and phenomenon status. Based on the exposure of the analysis of data sources can be concluded that: 1) Steps Implementation of values of Ethics, Morals and Morals in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto is the first institution to make a mature planning, then applied with the pattern pembiasaan. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto consists of internal factors (consisting of heredity, gender, physical character, personality, intelligence and talent) and external ( consisting of education, religion, culture, environment and socio-economic)

Abstract

The lack of interest of the community in choosing Islamic education institutions is actually not because there has been a shift in Values â??â??or religious ties that are starting to fade, but because most existing Islamic education institutions are less promising in the future and less responsive to current and future demands and demands. In fact, there are at least three things that are considered by the community in choosing educational institutions, namely Values â??â??(religion), social status and ideals. The purpose of this article is to discuss the conception of Human Resource Management in students, especially related to Tarbiyatul Iradah. From the description that has been presented about the Study of the Qur'an and Hadith regarding the tarbiyah Iradah concept in the conception of Human Resource Management (HRM), it can be concluded as follows: 1) High quality human resources are resources that are able to create not only comparative value, but also innovative-generative competitive value using the highest energy such as intelligence, creativity, and imagination. 2) HR management that is effective and efficient towards our human beings, must go through four basic steps, namely; First, awareness that humans are servants of Allah SWT (Abdullah) and at the same time are His caliphs on earth; Secondly, as His caliph, every action must be based on the concept of being fair and not tyrannizing anyone; Third, synchronization between organizational goals and individual HR goals, namely Allah SWT, and; Fourth, the reference in human resource management is the character of the Prophet (Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, and Tabligh) 3) Tarbiyah as an effort in educating humans with the knowledge carried out by educators on the physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of the main personality obedient to God, virtuous noble character, high knowledge and physical and spiritual health. Abstract

Transhumanism, a unique cyber entity perspective, posthumanism offers a unique integration between agency, memory and imagination in a philosophical way to achieve a harmonious ecology harmony that is developing and interrelated, increasing the education provided to graduates is necessary. The purpose of this paper discusses learning of Science and Charity, how education therapy and active learning, as well as improving brain intelligence or heart intelligence. From the results of the discussion it was concluded: 1) Various studies related to the phenomenon of the era of education 4.0 in general need to improve the education given to graduates therefore if society changes, schools need to change preparing students for the real world, rather than instead isolating students from the real world because students need to be a critical thinker and ready to solve problems, collaborate and communicate; 2) Education must teach the renewal of capacity to create, identify issues regarding current situations and actively provide solutions through the integration of faith, knowledge, charity or creed, shari'ah, morals; 3) Education must provide an ideal mode of therapy Lecture, Reading, Audiovisual, Demonstration, Discussion, Practice and Real Practice with a percentage ratio of 5: 10: 20: 30: 50: 75: 90, or use other patterns and not 100% lecture; 4) educational elements and principals must understand the concepts of knowledge for practice and knowledge in practice which consists of different varieties of knowledge as competitors or complementary such as formal knowledge (referring to theory or research and law or policy) and informal (referring to the practice of wisdom, experience personal, intuitive and tacit knowledge); 5) Other countries are fast advancing on the basis of creativity and innovation as the drivers of the knowledge economy by shifting the education system with the core of considering the abilities and talents of individuals and to create new knowledge.

Abstract

Teacher performance is an urgent component in improving the quality of education, which will have an impact on the quality of human resources. The teaching performance of teachers not only affects the results of classroom learning activities, but also determines the future of the nation through investment in improving the quality (quality) of people. Poor teacher competence, of course, affects teacher performance that is not good enough in the world of education in Indonesia. This also happened to the Islamic Religious Education Teacher. The urgent role of teachers in improving the quality of human resources is considered not to be replaced by any great media. Therefore teachers play an important role in increasing the success of students, because teachers have the task of being the main implementer in the whole educational process.
