Abstract

Women who become housewives make some women only rely on income from their husbands as the head of the family. Meanwhile, women also have a big role in poverty reduction activities through the empowerment of housewives to improve the welfare of their families by carrying out productive business activities.  This activity aims to empower housewives to improve the family economy through processed raw oyster mushrooms into one processed product such as chips, noodles, meatballs, oyster mushroom broth that can be consumed by the community and can be optimally developed into preparations with a high selling value. The method used is socialization and awareness that innovation in processed oyster mushrooms through the empowerment of housewives who are members of the oyster mushroom farmer group "Manut" by facilitating education and training, as well as facilitating to communicate, coordinating with the Lumajang Regency Health Office and the Lumajang Regency Trade Office collaborated to expand marketing and make oyster mushrooms into superior production. The Manut Oyster Mushroom Farmer Group turns raw materials into processed materials so that the mushrooms do not rot quickly and the processed oyster mushrooms that have been packaged become durable. In terms of economic value, processed mushrooms have basically experienced an increase in income and are also related to managing or combining to determine processed priorities in order to maintain and improve life with the creative economy.

Abstract

Kerupuk sayur merupakan jajanan yang memiliki inovasi dari bahan baku yang digunakan dapat berbahan dasar sayuran pagar seperti sayur beluntas, kelor, kemangi, dan nikir. Kerupuk sayur selain memiliki rasa yang renyah dan gurih juga mengandung berbagai sumber nutrisi dan vitamin. Dimulai dari IRT Makmur Jaya, Kedung Pakis, Desa Pasirian, Kecamatan Pasirian, Kabupaten Lumajang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan faktor eksternal pada agroindustri kreatif kerupuk sayur pagar serta mengetahui strategi pengembangan yang tepat diterapkan pada industri kerupuk sayur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis, yang dirancang untuk mengumpulkan informasi data primer dan data sekunder dengan wawancara langsung kepada pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal dan faktor eksternal pada industri kerupuk sayur IRT Makmur Jaya terdiri dari kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Faktor yang menjadi kekuatan antara lain memiliki izin usaha, terjamin kualitas produk dan rasa, ketersediaan bahan baku, dan harga yang relatif terjangkau. Sedangkan faktor yang menjadi kelemahan adalah pencatatan keuangan yang masih sederhana, promosi yang kurang, pengemasan produk dengan peralatan yang sederhana, dan modal yang terbatas. Faktor yang menjadi peluang adalah pangsa yang luas, bahan baku tanaman pagar yang melimpah, permintaan yang meningkat. Sedangkan faktor yang menjadi ancaman adalah adanya pesaing baru, dan kenaikan harga sarana produksi. Strategi pengembangan pada agroindustri kreatif kerupuk sayur pagar adalah memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial untuk promosi dan pemasaran produk, memperbaharui sistem manajemen dalam mengelola usaha, dan membangun kinerja dalam bentuk kelompok produksi kerupuk sayur pagar. dan mengikuti pameran UMKM.

Abstract

The Agricultural Sector plays a very important role in national development. Agriculture is needed, as long as humans live and as long as agriculture becomes a necessity. The most important sector in increasing added value for rural and urban communities. The presence of the nation's future youth will be better if they are involved in facing challenges in developing productivity in agriculture. The majority of people in the village make a living as farmers. In order to meet economic needs, innovation and creativity are needed so that the selling value of agricultural products increases. By going through gerbas tani (Vegetable Shopping Movement at Farmers) people buy directly to these farmers which is clearly the price offered is higher than the price of traders. The innovation and creativity of the Vegetable Shopping Movement from Farmland (Gerbas Tani) is expected to be a creative idea for villages and farmer groups in increasing economic income from agricultural products. This community service activity is the creativity of farmers in improving the farmer's economy and the added value of agricultural products. Through Gerbas Tani, the youth also participated by opening cooperation with schools to harvest fruit as a form of educational tourism in agriculture.
