Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha sudah semakin meningkat, dapat diketahui dengan semakin banyaknya usaha-usaha mulai dari mikro kecil hingga menengah besar. Salah satunya mengenai usaha rumahan sewel yang sudah cukup populer dikalangan masyarakat. Bukan hanya dikenal dalam sebuah Desa, namun sudah banyak diminati oleh masyarakat luas di luar Desa tersebut. Dengan begitu dapat menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja masyarakat semakin meningkat dan mengalami kemajuan. Memberitahukan juga bahwa persaingan dalam dunia usaha akan ikut mengalami peningkatan dan semakin ketat. Sehingga masyarakat dituntut untuk mengetahui dengan benar bagaimana cara menghadapinya sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa sebagian dari para pelaku usaha rumahan sewel di Dusun Bargan, Socah sudah dapat dikatakan memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, walaupun demikian sebagian yang lainnya masih terbilang memiliki etos kerja rendah. Sedangkan etos kerja yang dimiliki sudah ada beberapa pelaku usaha yang memenuhi salah satu atau dua dari karakteristik atau ciri etos kerja dalam Islam, begitu pula dalam menghadapi persaingan usahanya. Namun memang masih belum dapat dikatakan sudah sesuai dengan keseluruhan karakteristik yang terdapat dalam etos kerja Islam. Kata kunci: Etos Kerja Islam; Usaha Rumahan; Persaingan Usaha

Abstract

Online buying and selling has now spread worldwide, with trading systems and types of products being highly diversified. Consequently, proxy shopping services have emerged to facilitate the shopping process for the public. @twinscoll_ is one of the deposit service providers that has been running its business for quite some time. However, there are several reasons that make this proxy shopping business less effective. This research aims to identify and analyze the marketing strategies employed by the deposit service provider @twinscoll_ based on the principles of Islamic business ethics.The research methodology utilized in this study is qualitative, employing interview techniques with online purchasing service providers. Data sources include books, journals, and other references related to this research. This research is conducted due to the identification of some principles that do not align with Islamic business ethics, necessitating a shift in the business model based on Islamic principles. Therefore, this study explores new strategies implemented by the proxy shopping service in introducing or marketing its business without compromising Islamic principles.

Abstract

The main activity in this community service is assistance to prepare UMK to obtain halal certification from LPPOM MUI. The government through the Ministry of Religion and BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Management Agency) launched the Free Halal Certification (Sehati) program for UMK to make it easier for UMK to obtain halal certification. The approach used in this service is descriptive qualitative research using field research. The method used in this service includes providing direct information regarding the urgency of informal halal certification for a product as well as direct assistance to UMK in the process of completing halal certification. The mentoring process went quite smoothly because UMK were very cooperative. The business actors involved were enthusiastic about the assistance and knowledge about halal product processes during the activity.

Abstract

Basically, everything that is done has a goal, where the goal can be achieved after carrying out the activity. The aim of this research is to find out how the values of justice and responsibility are implemented in the production process of women's entrepreneurship Socah in Islam. And what obstacles do womenpreneurs Socah face in implementing the values of justice and responsibility in the production process. This research is also expected to provide the wider community with an understanding of the importance of the values of justice and responsibility in the production process. In the production process, the value of justice in Islam includes quality and halal raw materials, price determination, measurements/measures/weights of contents in packaging, transparency in products, and wages. Meanwhile, the value of responsibility includes environmental management, time management and consistency in products. This research was conducted qualitatively through case studies. Direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that some womenpreneurs in Socah have implemented the values of justice and responsibility in the production process. The obstacles faced by womenpreneurs are the difficulty of finding raw materials, lack of socialization about the values of justice and responsibility, and technical obstacles in the production process.
