Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of workload and selfefficacy on the performance of health workers. This research was conducted at the Abiansema I Health Center . The number of samples used were 51 PNS health workers , with a probability sampling method of determining the sample. Collecting data using questionnaires, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and classical assumption test . In this study the theory used is the theory of social exchange. The results of thisstudy indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of health workers at the Abiansemal I Health Center. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers at the Abiansemal I Health Center. This research can provide evidence on the development of human resource management science that is able to explain the theoretical model used as the basis for formulating hypotheses, namely the influence of workload and self-efficacy on the performance of health workers who are able to empirically prove the theory used in this study. namely u social exchange theory . Practically it can be a reference for other researchers who want or are interested in researching workload, self-efficacy and performance.

Abstract

Human resource management is a must if an organization wants to develop and compete with other organizations. Organizations need to pay attention to employee organizational citizenship behavior, because organizational citizenship behavior is very important to support the effectiveness of organizational functions. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudera. The number of samples in this study were 116 respondents with the method of determining saturated sampling. Collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction had a partial role in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Work Spirit is the attitude and willingness that exists in employees in doing work with a happy state in order to get maximum results. Facing today's tight business competition, of course, companies need high morale for every employee. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment and work motivation and compensation on Work Spirit of PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Cabang Denpasar. The number of samples used was 120 employees of the sales division for opening online accounts with probability sampling method with Simple Random Sampling technique. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. In this study using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory. The results of the study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work spirit of PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Cabang Denpasar. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work spirit at PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Cabang Denpasar. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work spirit at PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Cabang Denpasar

Abstract

Compensation is an important aspect for a company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Cokroaminoto Branch, Denpasar. This research was conducted by PT. Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Cokroaminoto Branch, Denpasar involving all 55 employees using the saturated sample or census method. Primary data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The results of the respondents' answers were continued with validity and reliability tests, then continued with hypothesis testing using path analysis and sobel tests. The results of the analysis show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with motivation as the mediating variable. The results of this study provide implications for the theory of expectation to PT. Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Cokroaminoto Branch to pay more attention to compensation to improve employee performance and motivation

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan Kue UD. KHARISMA Desa Penarukan Buleleng. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori atribusi yang dikemukakan mempelajari proses bagaimana seseorang menginterpretasikan suatu peristiwa, alasan atau sebab perilakunya. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 52 karyawan dengan metode penentuan sampel yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form yang diukur dengan 16 indikator dan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Reward berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
