Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakin berkembang di era industry 4.0 dan yang perlu diperhatikan di industry 4.0 adalah teknologi dan personalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas aplikasi ESS (employee self service) terhadap kepuasan kerja dan efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Lestari di Bali. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari sumbernya yaitu karyawan PT. BPR Lestari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR Lestari Bali, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 responden dan menggunakan analisis PLS dengan Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas aplikasi employee self service (ESS) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan efektivitas kinerja karyawan PT. BPR Lestari. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of motivation and financial management in entrepreneurship for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung district. Unemployment is a macroeconomic problem that directly affects humans and is one of the most serious problems. The increase in the number of unemployed in Badung district has soared since the Covid-19 pandemic. Entrepreneurship is seen as one way to reduce unemployment. In Dalung Village, Badung district, efforts to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are still very minimal. Therefore, encouragement and understanding of motivation and financial management are needed to support interest in entrepreneurship. The material presented was about Entrepreneurship Training and Preparation of Financial Reporting for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung Regency. The participants were all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung Regency. There are 30 participants who are willing to take part in this training. The importance of training on entrepreneurship and preparation of financial reporting to support interest in entrepreneurship for the people in Dalung Village, Badung district.

Abstract

PT. Ramayana Bali mall is a retail company         engaged in the department store which has many branches in Indonesia. In addition to department stores that sell clothing products such as clothes,  Ramayana also has a supermarket or supermarket that sells daily food neds this study aims to mall complies with financial accounting standards. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews and documentation of the parties responsible for recording consignment accounting.  Based on the application of consignment accounting based on financial accounting standards, it can be concluded that PT. Ramayana Bali Mall hos not fully implemented consignment sales recording repots based on financial accounting standards in the income statement. We recommend that you record the sales of the consignment based of financial accounting standards, namely recording with a separate method to make it easier to calculate the profit obtained from the sale of the consigment

Abstract

LPD Desa Adat Bedha, the largest asset holder in Tabanan Regency in 2025, is recorded as the highest contributor to social funds with a contribution of IDR 2.46 billion. The annual financial report for 2024 has not been published online, so document access is only available through direct contact with LPD. This study aims to analyze the influence of using the digital platform CoreTax on the transparency of tax reporting and to identify the challenges faced by LPD in tax reporting. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares SEM PLS to examine the relationships among latent variables. The results indicate that all independent variables including CoreTax system quality, user technology literacy, administrative compliance, and financial data integration have a positive and significant effect on tax report transparency. CoreTax system quality is the dominant factor. Challenges include limited technology literacy, inadequate infrastructure, inconsistent administrative compliance, limited data integration, and resistance to digitalization. The findings emphasize that system optimization, increased user capacity, and proper data integration are necessary to enhance accountability and public trust in LPD. Implementing CoreTax can improve transparency, minimize errors, and support technology-based village financial governance.
