Abstract

Public Service is an activity or series of activities in order to meet service needs in accordance with laws and regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services, and/or administrative services provided by public service providers. Because of such a way of understanding public services, those that fall into the category as public services become narrow. The poor quality of public services in Indonesia is also manifestly reflected in the results. Therefore, it is not surprising that from time to time people choose services that are more efficient and more effective in serving their needs.
