This study aims to analyze the results of student evaluations of the performance of lecturers at Nuku University, Tidore Islands City. The population of this research is all faculties in the institution, namely the faculties of economics, maritime affairs, agriculture and forestry, engineering, law, and socio-politics. The research technique used is survey research with quantitative research methods. The sampling technique uses Quota sampling so that the number of samples used is as many as 200 samples spread from 6 faculties using the variables of lecturer characteristics (X1), learning effectiveness (Y1) and lecturer performance (Y2). The analytical tool used in this study is the structural equation modeling (SEM-AMOS) to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the variable characteristics of lecturers have no significant effect on lecturer performance, lecturer characteristics have a significant effect on learning effectiveness, learning effectiveness has a significant effect on lecturer performance, and lecturer characteristics have a significant effect on lecturer performance through learning effectiveness.

Partners wish to introduce VCO products to a wider audience of their target market through targeted online promotional activities, but because the knowledge and skills of partners in e-commers-based marketing are still lacking, training from competent and competent human resources is needed. mastering e-commerce-based marketing techniques so that the latest menus from e-commerce applications can be used and the products offered are widely known in the market. The purpose of community service is to increase partners' knowledge about e-commerce-based marketing because until now partners are still very difficult in marketing products because these products are not widely known by the public. The method used is the extension method to increase understanding of a problem that is closely related to the soft skills and hard skills possessed by partners regarding e-commerce-based marketing. The results of the PKM obtained are that partners are very enthusiastic in learning e-commerce-based marketing so that partners can quickly understand what has been conveyed by the presenter and can immediately practice it, therefore this PKM activity is very important to carry out.

The need for clean water is an unlimited and sustainable need, while the need for clean water supply and services is increasing from time to time which is sometimes not matched by service capabilities. This is a challenge that must be faced by the local government and a solution is immediately sought so that the majority of people who depend on PDAMs in the city of Tidore Islands do not lack clean water. The purpose of this study was to determine the prediction of the clean water needs of the population of the city of Tidore Islands in the next 20 years, starting from 2016 to 2036. This research was carried out in the service area of the PDAM, Tidore Islands district, especially on Tidore Island. Prediction of population growth and increasing facilities Social activities are carried out using Arithmetic and Geometric methods. The results of this study indicate that the need for clean water for the people of the city of Tidore Islands in 2036 is for normal use of 488.20 liters/second, for maximum day use is 572.90 liters/second. for use at peak hours of 871.8 liters / second
