Abstract

Building inclusive, safe, durable, and sustainable cities and housing is the eleventh goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To encourage this goal, indicators of livable houses can be used for evaluation of development programs. The province of West Java is the province with the most population in Indonesia, is not followed by the achievement of good livable housing indicators. The inequality between regencies/cities aggravates this condition. Therefore, it is necessary to have a study to determine an accurate target group to be used as a basis for policymaking. This study aims to grouping regencies/cities based on what aspects are their development priorities. The method used in this study is comparison between hierarchical cluster and k-means cluster analysis. The method that produces the best cluster is a complete linkage dan average linkage method with the smallest standard deviation ratio and succeeded in forming four clusters. The four clusters formed have different characteristics for each indicator of livable houses.

Abstract

DI Yogyakarta has the highest percentage of elderly in Indonesia. The decreasing of body function in the elderly can inflict nutritional problem. One of the nutritional problems is obesity. Obesity increase the risk of getting affected non-communicable diseases, productivity decrease, and the rise in health expences. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sociodemographic and lifestyle on the obesity status of the elderly in DI Yogyakarta Province in 2018. This study use Riskesdas 2018 raw data . The sample used is 1717 elderly in DI Yogyakarta Province. This study use binary logistic regression method. The results obtained from this study is 23.82 percent of elderly in DI Yogyakarta Province were obese. Classification of residence area, age, fruit consumption were positively associated with obesity status of the elderly. Inversly gender, education, smoking and physical activity were negatively associated with obesity status of the elderly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah penduduk dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka (TPT) terhadap jumlah kejadian kejahatan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan jumlah penduduk terhadap jumlah kejadian kejahatan, sedangan tingkat pengangguran terbuka tidak signifikan. Semakin tinggi jumlah penduduk, semakin tinggi pula jumlah kejadian kejahatan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pengurangan kejahatan di wilayah perkotaan, khususnya di Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
