<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze the Strategies of Elementary School teachers in Fostering an Entrepreneurial Spirit at UPT SPF SD Inpres Jongaya. This research is qualitative research conducted using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal and teacher of UPT SPF SD Inpres Jongaya. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification The results showed that the teacher's strategy in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in students was carried out starting from the aspects of planning and implementation. The planning aspect is the integration of entrepreneurship in the curriculum in all subjects, the creation of learning plans that contain the values and character of the entrepreneurial spirit and the preparation of activities related to entrepreneurship. The implementation aspect is the implementation of planning in learning in the classroom and implementing a program of activities that have been prepared in an effort to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit in students. The teacher's strategy in implementing learning to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit is carried out by (1) Telling the stories of successful people becoming entrepreneurs; (2) showing videos about entrepreneurship (3) Making handicrafts (4) visiting places of production of goods or services and (5) involving children in extracurricular activities.
