Abstract

This research aims to find out how the communication process works, how migrants adapt to the local community in Madura. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, the data collection technique used is through observation and interviews. The data sources in this research were obtained from interviews with migrant students and also migrant workers/workers. The results of this research showed that when they first migrated to the island of Madura, they felt shocked by the culture practiced by the Madurese people, but as time went by, the migrants felt normal, because they already understood the culture, interaction patterns, and language. carried out by the Madurese people.

Abstract

Minors have mental conditions that are very vulnerable to events that interfere with their psychological condition such as bullying crimes that usually often occur in minors, who bully in general often their peers or schoolmates. Bullying crimes greatly affect the psyche that occurs against minors, this is because children still do not have strong protection in their mental mental condition. Bullying is a frightening scourge for minors because bullying very often occurs in schools and communities. Cases of bullying in Indonesia are also still very high, of course, every element should pay attention to these conditions, because the impact of bullying that occurs on minors is very heavy. Related to the impact of bullying crimes that occur against minors is very serious, from experiencing trauma to some who choose to end their lives. The problem of bullying must immediately take appropriate solution actions, from prevention to improvement, therefore the government must also play a role because bullying crimes have taken many victims, especially minors.

Abstract

Advertising is a message or information that is used to promote certain goods or services to an audience or public. Advertising is one way of marketing media and promoting a product and service aimed at potential consumers. The purpose of advertising by companies is to influence or persuade the general public to be interested in the products being promoted. One of the popular social media that has become a promotional tool for marketing and advertising products and services is Instagram. Currently, Instagram has launched an advertising feature known as Instagram ads. So, advertising can build Brand Awareness, increase sales, and convince consumers to use these products and services. Advertising is more focused and aimed at the effectiveness of advertising on Instagram in increasing Brand Awareness. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation. Increasing brand awareness through advertising on Instagram has the aim of getting as much attention as possible from users of the platform with the aim of getting recognition for its existence with the many social interactions that occur during its implementation. The research results show that Instagram advertising has a positive and significant influence on brand awareness. The implication of this research is the importance of using advertising on Instagram as a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.
