Abstract

Based on the Nutrition Status Monitoring (PSG) data in 2019, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia was recorded at 27.67 percent. This figure is still above the standard set by WHO, which should not exceed 20 percent. The prevalence of stunting in Central Java showed an increase from 2014 to 2017, while the prevalence of stunting in Semarang City was 21.0%. It is feared that the increased prevalence will continue to increase due to the low or even non-functioning posyandu in the new normal era. This condition causes the skill capacity of the cadres in anthropometric measurements to decrease. This was triggered by the concerns of most mothers about the transmission of Covid-19. This service aims to maintain and increase the activity capacity of posyandu cadres in the new normal era, especially in preventing stunting. The implementation method was carried out by counseling about stunting, training and assisting cadres in anthropometric measurements, filling out and interpreting the Towards Health Card (KMS), preparing stunting books and posyandu menus. Stages of activities include preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the program. The results of the service showed an increase in knowledge of cadres before and after being given education by 53%. In addition, there was a significant difference in the knowledge of the health care providers before and after the intervention.

The study was conducted in March 2024 in the Sekaran Public Health Centre. Results: The study results indicate that the program implementation has been generally successful, but there are areas that could be improved. These include limited supporting facilities, closed attitudes of some toddlers' families, and a lack of training for program implementers. The program's achievements from March 3, 2023, to March 3, 2024, include 13 toddlers completing treatment. Most underweight toddlers (76.9%) improved their nutritional status, while all toddlers with wasting improved nutrition, and the nutritional status of stunting toddlers did not show significant improvement. Conclusion: This study concludes that the Rumah Keluarga Sekar Kasih program needs improvement.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture established the Healthy School Campaign to address nutrition and health issues in school children. SMPN 191 is the only junior high school in West Jakarta chosen to run the Healthy School Campaign Program because it uniquely provides educational services. This study aims to evaluate the Healthy School Campaign program at SMPN 191 West Jakarta. This research is descriptive qualitative research using the CIPP evaluation method. Informants were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that in the context component, informants already knew the background, objectives, and benefits of implementing Healthy School Campaign Program and were familiar with the Healthy School Campaign Program 2023 guidelines. The input components that are not yet appropriate are funds and available infrastructure. The process component that is not yet appropriate is implementation, because some programs are not routinely implemented and lack supervision. The product component shows that the healthy nutrition program is well implemented, the physical health program is exceptionally well implemented, and healthy immunization is not. The researcher's suggestion for SMPN 191 Jakarta is to run the program regularly and increase program supervision.
