Abstract

Pedagang Kaki Lima merupakan suatu fenomena global dari aktivitas ekonomi informal di kawasan perkotaan tanpa terkecuali kota-kota di kawasan ASEAN. Dalam visi ASEAN membangun Masyarakat Ekonomi bersama, sektor informal turut menjadi salah satu topik bahasan yang juga ingin dikembangkan. Jakarta dan Kuala Lumpur merupakan kota yang menyandang predikat ibukota dari 2 (dua) Negara pendiri ASEAN. Permasalahan Pedagang Kaki Lima terjadi pula di kedua Kota tersebut. Keduanya memiliki kebijakan yang kurang lebih sama namun berbeda ditingkat implementasi. Artikel ini merupakan studi komparasi kebijakan publik yang membandingkan kebijakan mengenai satu bidang kajian terfokus yang ada pada 2 (dua) kota yang berbeda (Gupta 2012). Komparasi difokuskan pada kasus pengelolaan Jakarta Kaki Lima Night Market dan Lorong TAR Night Market di Kuala Lumpur, dengan mengikursertakan analisa terhadap dokumen kebijakan terkait dan hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan (Junevičius & Puidokas 2015). Selain muatan kebijakan dari kedua kota tersebut yang dibandingkan, terdapat 2 (dua) aspek implementasi kebijakan yang menjadi instrument perbandingan yaitu kondisi dalam pelaksanaan dan variasi dari skala kegiatan Pasar Malam PKL. Teknik penggalian data menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dan pengamatan (observation). Hasil data yang terkumpul kemudian dideskripsikan, dibandingkan dan dianalisa. Kata Kunci: PKL, sektor informal, pasar malam, kolaborasi.

Abstract

The OK-OCE program is recognized to have attracted the attention of the Jakarta public in the 2017 elections. The public catch thatthe ideas in line with the needs of the people who are drowning in the face of unfavorable economic conditions.After being inaugurated as Governor and Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta last October, the Anis-Sandi started to work on his political promises, including OK-OCE program. Through this research is reviewed how the idea of entrepreneurship that has attracted Jakarta public attention as a campaign promise, can be transformed into policy.

Abstract

The Jakarta regulation for waste cooking oil (WCO) shows the desired WCO to Biodiesel supply chain through the DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 167 the Year 2016. Still, the implementation of said regulation proved inefficient. The study aims to analyze the risks in the supply chain because the WCO to Biodiesel supply chain is vulnerable to different risks than the typical supply chain and the green supply chain. The method used in this research is the group analytical hierarchy process (G-AHP) approach to create a consensus model between actors of the supply chain. Deep interviews were conducted with six experts to identify the risks and the normal scale was used to quantify their preference. Then, the PriEst software assisted the risk weight calculation, AHP matrix validation, and consensus modelling. The findings show the supply chain is vulnerable to 23 risks, categorized into six risk categories. The three risks that cause the most uncertainties in the supply chain are supply chain design risk, key supplier risk, and financial source risk. Technology risks and asset failure risks are the least concern because most WCO conversion is not done in Indonesia. These findings would be useful for the government to focus its effort on the most critical risks.

Abstract

The Jakarta Government has responsibility to improve the welfare and prosperity of the people and to preserve the function of the environment. This responsibility can not be done alone. Business and Community support is required. Jakarta Government issued Government Regulation Number 112 of 2013 regarding the Social and Environmental Responsibility of the Business Sector. This paper study was performed to evaluation of Governor Regulation No. 112 of 2013 and its proposed changes. This study uses a combination of research methods that combine legal research methods of normative and empirical. Empirical study was conducted by Modified Participatory Action Research method. At the analytical stage, a combination of juridical analysis with regulatory modeling is used. Efforts to encourage improvement of governance of TSLDU, 4 (four) aspects need to be addressed, namely (1) Provision of Information and Administration of TSLDU Administration using Web-based Information System; (2) integrating TSLDU Support with the Regional Development Planning and Budgeting System; (3) Expansion of TSLDU Scope; and (4) Developing a Collaborative TSLDU Scheme.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of preserving and sharing halal food information for Muslim consumers in multicultural and global contexts. Access to halal food is essential in Muslim-majority regions. However, the rise of multiculturalism and global cosmopolitanism has led to acculturation in native foodways and diversification of culinary products. In Jakarta, a Muslim-majority city with rich multicultural complexity, merging culinary traditions often blur distinctions between halal and non-halal foods.Using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews with culinary associations and enterprises in Singapore and Malaysia and an intensive literature review, this study identifies key practices and challenges in halal and non-halal labeling. Findings indicate that transparent and honest disclosure of non-halal product information is crucial for supporting enterprises in meeting halal certification standards. These measures protect Muslim consumers, enhance international consumer trust, and foster compliance with global food standards. In the post-pandemic era and Jakarta's transition to a global metropolis after the capital relocation, there is an urgent need to improve culinary literacy initiatives and standardize labeling procedures. These initiatives will strengthen Jakarta’s role as an inclusive and multicultural city, capable of addressing diverse dietary needs. This study, however, is limited in addressing broader policy and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance across the culinary sector. Future research should explore strategies to overcome these limitations within Jakarta’s complex urban landscape. The findings emphasize the significance of clear labeling and regulatory consistency to promote local businesses, safeguard consumer trust, and support Jakarta’s evolving role in the global market.
