Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects people's lifestyles in various lines. Various kinds of data exchange occur through the internet causing the internet to become a basic need for most people. Therefore, the Government sees the need for a system that accommodates these needs through Presidential Regulation number 95 of 2018 concerning an electronic-based government system. In its implementation, one of the things needed is the management of access to data stored on government servers. In order to support the needs of government server managers, a technology that can accommodate security needs in accessing the server is needed, the authors design this access through a Virtual private server Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol Over IP Security and port knocking which allows managers who have access rights to access the network. locally via the public internet network securely.

Abstract

Abstract IT Implementation need a structured management that capable to deal with problems in the future taking the right decisions based on the vision and mission of the organizers. To accelerate the development, one of the steps taken by the government is to make PP No. 95 of 2018 concerning electronic-based government which regulates SPBE Governance, SPBE Management, SPBE Services, SPBE master plans, plan maps, business processes and others. the COBIT5 (Control Objective for Information Related Technology version 5) framework is one of thing that could accomodate those needs by using the DSS (Delivery, Service, Support) DSS01 Manage Operation Keywords: COBIT5, DSS01, Manage Operation Abstrak Dalam penyelenggaraan TI diperlukan suatu tata Kelola yang terstruktur sehingga mampu menghadapi permasalahan dikemudian hari dengan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan visi dan misi dari penyelenggara. Untuk mempercepat pengbangunan tersebut salah satu Langkah yang dilakukan pemerintah yaitu membuat PP No. 95 Tahun 2018 tentang pemerintahan berbasis elektronik yang mengatur tentang Tata Kelola SPBE, Manajemen SPBE, Layanan SPBE, Rencana induk SPBE, peta rencana, proses bisnis dan lain lain Maka dalam pelaksanaannya dibutuhkan suatu framework yang dapat mengakomodir dan membantu dalam mengambil keputusan dalam penyelenggaraannya, salah satunya yaitu menggunakan framework COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information Related Technology version 5) dengan menggunakan Domain DSS (Delivery, Service, Support) yang salah satu poinnya yaitu DSS01 Manage Operation.
