<![CDATA[AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membantu bagian person in charge dalam mengolah sistem klaim jenis on board quantity, accident, dan oil spill dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website. PT ABC sedang berusaha memperbaiki seluruh aliran proses bisnis-nya dari hulu ke hilir agar mampu mewujudkan proses bisnis yang lebih efisien terutama pada aliran informasi dari hulu ke hilir dengan memaksimalkan proses desain sistem di dalamnya. Beberapa pekerjaan masih dilakukan pengolahan data secara manual dan belum menggunakan aplikasi khusus Dengan cara tersebut dianggap kurang efesien dalam pengelolaan data karena pekerjaan akan lebih lambat dan berpotensi terjadi kesalahan, yaitu perbedaan antara perhitungan manual dan kejadian yang sesungguhnya. Proses perekapan data klaim menghabiskan waktu yang lama. Diperlukan sistem baru yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan pengolahan data klaim secara real time sehingga dapat membantu bagian PIC dalam melakukan pencatatan laporan klaim. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini, yaitu metode agile development. Metode yang cocok untuk user karena pengguna selalu dilibatkan dalam proses pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini memiliki fitur kalkulasi, rekap laporan, chat dengan pemilik kapal, tracking dokumen, grouping dokumen, revisi dokumen.Kata kunci: sistem informasi, desain sistem, waterfallAbstractThe purpose of this study is to assist the person in charge section in processing the on board quantity, accident, and oil spill claim system using a website-based application. In this way it is considered less efficient in data management because the work will be slower and have the potential for errors to occur, namely the difference between manual calculations and actual events. The claim data recording process takes a long time. A new system is needed that is able to overcome claims data processing problems in real time so that it can assist the PIC in recording claims reports. The method used in making this information system is the agile development method. The method is suitable for the user because the user is always involved in the system development process.
