<![CDATA[Abstract: Academic supervision is an activity to improve the quality of the teachers by the educational institution. There are some issues faced by Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo senior high school when doing the supervision, such as the difficulties in finding and managing the results and the absence of the supervision ranking, which can be used to give priority to teaching services. This research aims to develop an application for academic supervision that can help Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo senior high school manage and implement academic supervision. The application is developed through three steps of research, namely the initial stage, the design stage, and the implementation and testing stage. The phases are adapted from the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. At the implementation stage, the weighted product method is applied to solve problems related to the ranking of supervision outcome. This research generates an academic supervision application that can help Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo to manage and implement educational supervision activities. The application successfully implements the weighted product method to show the supervision results that can be used to provide priority to teaching services.Abstrak: Supervisi akademik adalah sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh institusi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi pada kegiatan supervisi akademik di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, mulai dari pengelolaan dan pencarian hasil supervisi yang membutuhkan banyak waktu karena masih dilakukan secara konvensional hingga tidak adanya pemeringkatan hasil supervisi untuk memberikan prioritas layanan pengajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi supervisi akademik yang dapat membantu SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo dalam mengelola dan melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi akademik secara optimal. Aplikasi yang dibangun melalui tiga tahapan penelitian, yaitu tahap awal, tahap desain, dan terakhir adalah tahap implementasi dan testing yang diadaptasi dari metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pada tahap implementasi metode weighted product diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait pemeringkatan hasil supervisi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi supervisi akademik yang mampu membantu SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo untuk dapat mengelola dan melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi akademik. Aplikasi yang dibangun juga telah berhasil menerapkan metode weighted product untuk menampilkan hasil supervisi guru yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan prioritas layanan pengajaran.]]>
