Abstract

The smartphone enlargement in Indonesia is growing too fast nowadays, accompanied by the changes in lifestyle and consumer behavior which are starting to switch from cellphones to smartphones. Various smartphone brands compete to gain market share supported by qualified product quality and affordable prices. Brands requires the right marketing strategy, in order to attract the purchasing decision of the people. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the purchasing decision of ASUS smartphones. The populations used in this research are users who are currently or have used the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro (M2) ZB631KL smartphone. The number of samples used is 110 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling by using AMOS 23.0 analysis tool. The results showed that product quality, price and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and product quality, price, brand image and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect on pruchase decision.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the current era, and the phenomenon of the need for goods delivery services for the community in general, including for online business people in expediting their business in sending goods within near and far reach. The increasing number of shipping services that offer the same services can encourage consumers to be able to switch to using other expedition services. So that the steps that can be taken to be able to retain customers are by improving the quality of service and brand image so that customers remain loyal to the services they use The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customers of JNE Express expedition services in Semarang City. This research uses a quantitative method with 120 respondents with a sampling method, namely non probability sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using AMOS 23 tool. This study concludes that the better the service quality, the higher customer satisfaction with JNE Express. The better the brand image of service, the more customer satisfaction from JNE Express will increase. The better the quality of service provided to customers, the more loyal JNE Express customers will be. The better the brand image, the more loyal JNE Express customers will be. High customer satisfaction will be able to increase customer loyalty to JNE Express expedition services.

Abstract

Online Customer review presents as a liasion between consumers and online product information that can be seen through pictures and descriptiosn provided by other consumers. This reserach aims to develop an empirical research model to overcome the gap between online customer review and consumer trust to create more consumer through purchase decision. This research started with developing a research model to analyse the relations between online customer review, brand image, purchase decision, and consumer trust based on the teory of consumer culture theory and expectation confirmation theory from the previous research. Then, data were collected from 147 respondents using questionnaire consistsing of open and closed questions. The criteria of respondents are user of Tokopedia, residing in Semarang city, and above eighteen years old, and have made at least one purchase on Tokopedia. The data were then analyzed quantitatively and structurally using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Analysis Moment of Strcutural (AMOS) program ver.24 as the analysis tool. Result from this research indicates that online customer review give a significant and positive impact towards purchase decision. Brand imaage also positively & significantly impact purchase decision. A significant and positive relation was also found between purchase decision and consumer trust. Hence, all of the hypotheses are accepted. The findings could be taken into consideration by PT Tokopedia to improve consumer’s level of trust and purchase decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Business Plan for the Bawang Goreng By Dapoer Sahnaya business was created to analyze the Bawang Goreng By Dapoer Sahnaya business, so that the owner of the Bawang Goreng By Dapoer Sahnaya can find out whether the business is feasible or not feasible to run. Some of the analyzes used include financial aspects, market and marketing aspects, management aspects, HR aspects, operational aspects, environmental, social and cultural aspects and legal aspects. Financial aspect focuses on financial sensitivity analysis which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period and B/C ratio. In running a business Bawang Goreng By Dapoer Sahnaya, it requires funds of Rp 245,735,018 consisting of Rp 199,194,718 own funds and credit capital of Rp 46,450,300. The results of research conducted using normal sensitivity analysis with the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 437.212.437, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 53%, Payback Period (PBP) for 2 years 7 months and benefit and cost ratio (B/C Ratio) of 1,88. With the calculation of sensitivity analysis, Bawang Goreng By Dapoer Sahnaya business can be said to be feasible to run and can survive the conditions that will exist in the future
