Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Climate, Digital Communication, and Work Innovation on Employee Performance. Based on the data, there has been a successive decline in performance in the last three years, namely 2017-2019 at the hotel that is the object of research. With the phenomenon of the decline in performance, the authors used as the basis for conducting this research. On the other hand, it was found that there were contradictory results from previous research on the influence of organizational climate and digital communication on employee performance which proved to have a significant and insignificant effect. This shows that efforts to improve employee performance through organizational climate factors and digital communication still cannot ensure a harmonious relationship. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires as many as 50 respondents of hotel employees in the Bandungan area who are hotel employees of Amanda Hills, Kusma Madya, and Tri Buana. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. The analysis of this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This research data processing using SmartPLS software version 3.2.8. The results showed that (1) Organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on Job Innovation. (3) Digital Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Digital Communication has a positive and significant effect on Work Innovation. (5) Work Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of e-evaluation variabel on employee performance through burnout as an intervention variabel at the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Semarang. This research uses questionnaire distribution research and studies using journal, books, and company data. The population used is ASN who are actively working at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Semarang. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires using random sampling method. Analysis of research data using SmartPLS applications with the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data analysis used is descriptive index, reliability test, validity test, outer model, inner model, hypothesis testing, and intervention test. The test analysis in this study shows that the e-evaluation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The e-evaluation had a negative significant effect to burnout. In addition, it is also known that there is a negative significant influence between burnout and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a phenomenon called social loafing that occurs in students, especially those who are or have experienced heartbreak. Based on social loafing which is a tendency for individuals to expend less effort (Myers, 2012)it often occurs in employees of an organization or company. However, it is possible for students as future HR candidates who often carry out group responsibilities because of a factor, one of which is heartbreak. This research was conducted qualitatively using the phenomenological method, which means interviewing students as resource persons who have experienced social loafing when they have group responsibilities both in organizations and study groups where the results contain the phenomenon itself, itsimpact, and the best solution for the resource person which is compiled so that be a research answer. The results showed that it was true that there was a social loafing phenomenon that occurred in heartbroken students. This phenomenon affects the performance in the group and affects the situation in the group and as a result theresults of the group are not optimal. Solutions in dealing with social loafing certainly vary, including group evaluation, self-introspection, and healing. Referring to the previous literature that examines the workforce, it shows the significance of the occurrence of social laziness on student/individual performance affecting group performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables of Perceived Organizational Support, Innovative Work Behavior on improving Job Performance. Based on company data, it is shown that there was a decline in job performance in 2021. The phenomenon of decreasing performance is what underlies this research. Then build an empirical research model Perceived Organizational Suppor on Job Performance at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Purworejo through the concept of Innovative Work Behavior. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires as many as 42 employee respondents in all departments at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Purworejo. The technique used in this study was census method, all populations in this study were used as respondents. The test of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of intervening variables, the specific indirect effect test was used. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Processing data of this research using SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. The results showed that (1) of Perceived Organizational Support is positive and significant to the improving Job Performance. (2) Perceived Organizational Support is positive and significant to the Innovative Work Behavior. (3) Innovative Work Behavior has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Performance. From the results of the intervening test on the specific indirect effect, Innovative Work Behavior can be an intervening variable between Perceived Organizational Support to Job Performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Work Spirit on Job Performance. Based on data on the performance of employees in the production department of PT Maxim Indowood Jepara, it shows that the company's targets have not been achieved properly and there has been a decrease in performance in 2020-2022. This phenomenon of decreased performance is what underlies this research. On the other hand, there are still inconsistencies in the results of previous studies regarding the influence of the non-physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance which are proven to have a significant and insignificant effect. This shows that efforts to improve employee performance through non-physical work environment factors and work discipline still cannot guarantee a harmonious relationship. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires totaling 105 respondents of PT Maxim Indowood Jepara production employees. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The analysis of this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processing in this study using SmartPLS software version 3.2.8. The results showed that (1) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance. (2) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Spirit (3) Work Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Performance (4) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Spirit (5) Work spirit has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the direction of Perceived organizational support on teacher performance with innovative work behavior as a mediating variable for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Klaten. The independent variables in this study are Perceived organizational support, teacher performance as the dependent variable, and innovative work behavior as mediating variables. This research is in the form of mixed research using a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population used was SMA Negeri 1 Klaten teachers, with a total sample of 56 teachers. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software application. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Perceived Organizational Support have a positive and insignificant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. Innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This study also shows that Innovative Work Behavior cannot be an Intervening variable on the influence between Perceived Organizational Support and Teacher Performance.
