Abstract

ABSTRAKPengolahan data di suatu perusahaan adalah suatu permasalahan yang dapat dikatakan penting karena penyimpanan data yang tidak teratur, pencarian data yang lambat akan sangat merepotkan yang dalam hal ini akan cukup menyita banyak waktu yang seharusnya tidak terbuang percuma begitu saja. Permasalahan pengolahan data ini sebenarnya dapat di atasi dengan solusi yaitu dengan membuat suatu perangkat lunak yang dibuat sedemikian rupa untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah secara cepat, tepat guna dan efisien . Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan di CV. SANIS GROUP PLASTIK membuktikan bahwa dengan adanya sistem informasi dan perangkat lunak pengolahan data Perdagangan Daur Ulang Sampah Plastik ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dengan baik. Kata kunci : Implementasi, Bootstrap, Aplikasi,Pembelian, Sampah Plastik. ABSTRACTData processing in a company is a problem that can be said to be important because irregular data storage, slow data retrieval will be very troublesome, which in this case will take up quite a lot of time which should not be wasted. This data processing problem can actually be overcome with a solution, namely by creating software that is designed in such a way as to help solve problems quickly, effectively and efficiently. Results of tests carried out at CV. SANIS GROUP PLASTIK proves that with the existence of an information system and data processing software for the Plastic Waste Recycling Trade, it can solve existing problems well.Keywords: Implementation, Bootstrap, Application, Purchase, Plastic Waste.

Abstract

Every company or government and private agency has a different document management process which is managed by the administration department. Mail management is very necessary in an organization as a source of data or information that is useful for the progress of the organization. At the Az Zuhra Institute, the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail is not running optimally because it is still done optimally by recording in a ledger because it is still done by recording in a ledger, namely in an agenda book. With the manual method, problems often occur that make data difficult to manage properly. With the large number of letters created and received, when at any time they need information about old incoming or outgoing letters, officers must first open the old data and look for them one by one, so it is not efficient. Lack of space for archival storage means that data is easily lost and the reports produced are not accurate. Designing a prototype web-based incoming and outgoing mail information system using the waterfall method is a solution for solving current problems. The aim of this research is that it is hoped that the existence of a computerized system will make the process of managing letters easier and can also influence employee performance so that they can carry out their duties well for the smooth running of their work activities.
