Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Perumda Tirta Muaro Kabupaten Tebo. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 76 orang pegawai dengan tehnik penarikan sampling jenuh. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan Model Regresi Linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Uji determinasi memperoleh nilai 7,4 % kontribusi yang diberikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, masuk pada kategori sangat lemah.This research aims to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of Perumda Tirta Muaro Tebo Regency. The number of population and sample is as many as 76 employees with saturated sampling withdrawal techniques. Data analysis techniques use a simple Linear Regression Model. The results of the study had a positive and significant influence on organizational culture on employee performance. The determination test scored 7.4% of the contributions made by organizational culture to employee performance, entering into a very weak category.

Abstract

Peran promosi dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi dan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi yang terus meningkat merubah model promosi dalam memperkenalkan produk. Kehadiran media sosial di era milenial dan e-wom dalam proses membagikan dan mengarahkan pandangan konsumen secara online terhadap produk tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi dalam menemukan pola frequensi untuk menentukan strategi promosi yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi untuk berbagi informasi produk sebagai sarana e-WOM yang di olah lebih lanjut sehingga memaksimalkan promosi pada aplikasi media social, (rule mining algoritma). Data sampel yang digunakan adalah interaksi dan komunikasi pelanggan selama 30 hari pada media social yang mengandung e-WOM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa konsumen cenderung menggunakan 2 kombinasi aplikasi media social untuk berkomunikasi dan membagikan konten, dimana tingkat keterkaitan aplikasi yang satu dengan yang lainnya mencapai lebih dari 70%. Informasi yang muncul ini dapat di pakai perusahaan melakukan interaksi dan berkomunikasi dengan konsumen maupun pelanggan sehingga secara tidak langsung komunikasi yang terjadi mengandung e-WOM bagi perusahaan.Kata Kunci: e-WOM, Data Mining; Rule Algoritma.Abstract:  The role of promotion can be the key to organizational success and the development of communication technology that continues to increase changes in the promotion model in introducing products. The social media presence in the millennial era and e-WOM is the process of sharing and directing consumer views online towards products. This study aim to explore information in finding frequency patterns to determine effective promotion strategies by utilizing applications to share product information as a means of e-WOM is further processed to maximize promotion on social media applications (rule mining algorithm). The sample data used is customer interaction and communication for 30 days on social media containing e-WOM. The results study found that consumers tend to use two combinations of social media applications to communicate and share content, where the level of linkage between applications reaches more than 70%. The appears information used by the company to interact and communicate with consumers and customers indirectly communication e-WOM for the company.Keywords: e-WOM, Mining Data; Rule Algoritma

Abstract

Trend Penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan pemuda dan remaja sudah memasuki tahap mengerikan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan survey yang dilakukan bahwa presentase pengguna narkoba khususnya anak dan remaja cukup tinggi. Tentunya ini sangat berdampak bagi kesehatan psikis, fisik dan mental serta membahayakan masa depan bangsa dan jika tidak segera dihentikan maka hal ini akan memperburuk derajat kesehatan penggunanya dan akan merusak masa depan kehidupan mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian dengan pendekatan metode sosialisasi partisipatif ini dimaksudkan sebagai langkah konkrit untuk memutus mata rantai dan memberikan edukasi, pemahaman dan pengetahuan pada kalangan remaja mengenai bahaya penggunaan narkoba. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada siswa/i SMP Negeri 20 Di Desa Teluk Kembang Jambu, Kecamatan Tebo Ulu, Kabupaten Tebo pada hari Sabtu, 13 Agustus 2022 dengan diikuti sebanyak 50 peserta didik dari siswa/i kelas VII, VIII, dan IX dan 15 orang tenaga kependidikan SMPN 20. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan pembelajaran kepada siswa SMP Negeri 20 Kabupaten Tebo tentang efek dan bahaya yang ditimbulkan akibat penyalahgunaan narkoba, seperti sejarah narkoba, tingkat pengguna narkoba di dunia dan Indondesia, jenis jenis dan macam-macam narkotika serta cara menanggulanginya. Metode yang digunakan memberikan presentasi pemahaman yang benar tentang narkoba , diskusi, tanya jawab, serta pembagian kuisioner tentang pemahaman akhir dari kegiatan sosialisasi bahaya dan langkah-langkah yang efektif agar siswa siswa SMP Negeri 20 Kabupaten Tebo bisa menekan perilaku negatif dan penyalahgunaan narkoba serta zat aditif berbahaya. Dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih 4 jam, anak-anak sangat antusias dan menjadi mengerti tentang defenisi, bentuk, kegunaan dan bahaya dari narkoba dan berkomitmen untuk tidak menggunakannya dikemudian hari.

Abstract

Literature Review Articles on the Influence of the Work Environment, and Information Technology towards Competency dn Performance Lecturer is a scientific article that aims to build research hypotheses on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method for writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media . The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) The work environment influences competence; 2) Information Technology influences Competency; 3) The work environment influences lecturer performance; 4) Information Technology influences Lecturer Performance; and 5) Competency influences Lecturer Performance. Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the competitiveness attributes of MSMEs in Bungo Regency.. Methodology/approach – By using Analytical Hierarchy Processes (AHP), criteria are determined to be seen to support the competitiveness of MSMEs. Findings - The results are that the criteria for labor productivity are the most important criteria to be improved because the nature of MSMEs in Bungo Regency is still classified as labor-intensive, so the industry needs to provide training to employees to become skilled and productive. Practical implications: The AHP method is able to prove that the criteria set can be a guide for the industry in decision making Social implications: The results of this study can be applied to the industry in decision making so that it becomes right on target and has an impact on improving the performance of the industry in general. Novelty/value – This research is different from the previous research because the criteria used are to find solutions in determining the priority of MSME competitiveness.

Abstract

Mitra Sasaran adalah UMKM Klaster Kerupuk Bawang yang beranggotakan lima pelaku UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah : Kurangnya peralatan implementasi Teknologi Tepat Guna dalam proses produksi kerupuk; Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pengemasan atau packaging sehingga tampilan produk kurang menarik dan mitra belum mempunyai merk usaha (Brand). Solusi yang ditawarkan dengan mengacu pada justifikasi prioritas penanganan bersama mitra, maka solusi utama yang ditawarkan atau ditetapkan adalah: Penerapan/implementasi teknologi tepat guna terutama yang dapat meningkatkan produksi kerupuk; Membuatkan blogspot atau media online yang mendukung sistem pemasaran produk kerupuk bawang; Penerapan teknologi dalam packaging atau pengemasan yang menarik dan ramah lingkungan serta; Penerapan strategi branding atau pembuatan merk usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah transfer ilmu pengetahuan terkait dengan desain merek dagang maupun manajemen pengemasan yang menarik kepada pemilik usaha. Hasil dari Kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain: Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki.; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal kualitas produk; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khusunya dalam hal meningkatkan jumlah produksi; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal meningkatkan keberhasilan mitra melakukan pemasaran antar kota dengan sistem online; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang dengan jumlah omset yang meningkat; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal kemampuan manajemen mitra; Meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal promosi dan branding.

Abstract

Batik is a cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation that has been recognized by the world through recognition by UNESCO. The development of Bungo Batik began during the national event, Indonesia Fashion Craft in Makassar in 2002. The demand for Bungo Batik increases every year because it is supported by the policies of the Bungo Regency Regional Government. But on the one hand, the obstacle is precisely the craftsmen themselves who are not able to produce on a large scale. The partner in this activity is Batik Mulia which was established in 2021. The limited production capacity of Bungo batik is because the equipment used is still very simple, such as the use of waterglass in the manual batik dyeing process so that it is wasteful and immeasurable. In addition, partners also need training in management, entrepreneurship, branding strategies and the use of digital marketing. The method of implementing the activity begins with an agreement between the service team and partners to solve problems. The solution offered by the team to partners is the procurement of appropriate technological tools in the form of Roll Saving Water Glass machines and several trainings needed by partners. The success of this activity can be seen by several positive impacts from the savings or efficiency of the use of water glass in batik dyeing, increasing batik production, and improving partner skills in online promotion, creating marketing content and using digital marketing.

Abstract

Financial literacy is closely linked to financial management, with increased financial literacy contributing to better personal financial management skills. Personal financial management involves the application of financial principles in individual financial management. Effective financial management, including planning and overseeing financial activities, is crucial for achieving financial stability and economic sustainability. Previous studies indicate that many individuals, particularly Generation Z and Millennials, neglect financial planning and long-term well-being. Without proper financial management, they often face financial difficulties, such as income loss and insufficient emergency funds, which can negatively impact their quality of life. This study involved 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employed to analyze the relationships between the inner and outer models.

Abstract

Medium-scale companies often operate in dynamic and competitive business environments. Faced with market changes and new opportunities, timely and accurate strategic decisions are key to maintaining and enhancing the competitiveness of the company. This research aims to examine the role of ChatGPT in business information systems to support strategic decision-making in medium-scale enterprises. The research method employed is a literature review with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis will be used to present information from systematically selected articles from Google Scholar within the timeframe of 2014-2024. The study results indicate that in the continuously evolving digital era, medium-scale companies increasingly rely on technology to address increasingly complex business challenges. One innovation playing a significant role in today's business landscape is the presence of ChatGPT. As an artificial intelligence model capable of understanding and generating text naturally, ChatGPT has a significant impact on business information systems and supports strategic decision-making in these companies.

Abstract

In today's technological era, digital marketing is one of the keys to running a successful business. Digital marketing implementation includes scriptwriting techniques and search engine optimization (SEO). Through the implementation of this activity, forestry business groups will be trained to know, understand, and apply information technology for digital marketing activities. Based on initial interviews with the management partners of the business group, several key issues in marketing their business were identified. First, digital marketing insights; second, techniques to increase online sales; third, improving product reputation; and fourth, improving product quality, packaging, and presentation. The training will explain digital marketing and teach two digital marketing techniques: copywriting and SEO, depending on the needs of the participants. The stages of implementing this community service are, first, learning digital marketing skills, second, understanding copywriting, and third, practicing the application of SEO to the participants' businesses. The training includes lectures, exercises, discussions and practical exercises. The results of the activity will be evaluated through a question and answer session with participants. From the results of this activity, it is hoped that the participants of the business group will start applying search engine optimization techniques in running their businesses.
