Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of finance perfomance, institusional ownership, sharia supervisory board size, leverage toward islamic social reporting disclosure in indonesian sharia bank. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 33 Observations. Data were collected from sharia bank in Indonesian in 2013-2015. Data were analyzed usin, Multiple Linear Regression (SPSS Versi 17). The result showed partial finance performance, institusional ownership, sharia supervisory board size did not affect the disclosure of Islamic social reporting, while the leverage variable affect the disclosure of Islamic social reporting.Keyword : Finance Performance, Ownership Institusional, Sharia Supervisory Board Size, Leverage, Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure.

Abstract

Dalam evolusi industri digital saat ini, aplikasi permainan telah merevolusi bagaimana manusia berinteraksi dan menghabiskan waktu luangnya. Salah satunya, Epic Games Store, yang telah muncul sebagai platform distribusi permainan digital utama, memberikan berbagai konten berkualitas untuk komunitas global. Akan tetapi, agar tetap unggul dalam industri yang cepat berubah, pengalaman pengguna harus diperhatikan dan dioptimalkan. Dengan latar belakang ini, sebuah penelitian diinisiasi untuk mendalaminya dengan memanfaatkan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden, penelitian ini berupaya untuk menilai keandalan dan validitas pengalaman pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan skor rata-rata untuk: Attractiveness (1,460), Perspicuity (1,343), Efficiency (1,168), Dependability (1,200), Stimulation (1,305), dan Novelty (0,985). Hasil-hasil ini mencerminkan bahwa pengguna secara umum merasa puas dengan Epic Games Store. Namun, meskipun ada respons positif, masih ada peluang untuk meningkatkan aspek-aspek tertentu, khususnya dalam hal inovasi dan kreativitas, untuk memastikan platform ini tetap relevan di masa mendatang. Setelah melakukan perhitungan rata-rata didapatkan hasil nilai perbandingan aplikasi Epic Games Store berada dalam kategori Above Average pada setiap variabel.

Abstract

PT. Moradon Berlian Sakti is Die Casting manufacturer of Honda motorcycle spare parts and other types of products, such as chair. Along with the rapid advancement of technology, PT. Moradon Berlian Sakti always strive to maintain and improve its existence. One of important factor that need to be noticed is the productivity issue. Productivity assessment can be conducted based on the comparison of company input and output in terms of materials, capital, labor and energy. After learning the level or productivity index, company leader can identify which condition has productivity shrinkage and make decision to increase productivity company based on those condition. Based on the calculations, the levels of productivity index in 2012, was virtually uniform from January to December. But in October the productivity is high and reach the level 94.33%. That is because that performance indicators are in accordance with expectation of company leader. While in December productivity dramatically decreased to 4.67%, it is because less supervision and control from the company.
