Abstract

The shrimp paste business is a potential business in Tegal City, it is supported by abundant marine products and a large number of businesses engaged in processing fishery products. However, to find out whether the business has the potential to continue to grow or not, an R/C Ratio analysis is needed. The research location is in the Home Industry of Terasi dan kerupuk Obor Tegal City, from the results of the analysis, the R/C Ratio value is 3.885 with a profit value of Rp. 21,834,129.12 in the production period in May 2022. From the value of the R/C ratio above, it can be concluded that the business is very profitable and feasible to continue to be developed.

Abstract

Shallots are one of the strategic horticultural commodities and have high economic value. The level of public consumption of shallots in Indonesia continues to increase. The abundance of shallot production in Brebes makes shallot prices fluctuate. The abundance of harvest yields also affected the decline in the price of shallots in Brebes. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Farming Profits and Efficiency of Shallot Farming in the Sidomakmur Farmer Group, Sidamulya Village, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, Central Java. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. In one planting period, the Sidomakmur farmer group spends a total cost of Rp. 130,000,000 and get an income of Rp. 227.900.000. So that in one planting season the Sidomakmur farmer group has a profit of Rp. 97.900.000, and based on calculations with the formula NPMx/Px = 1, the efficiency of farming is 0.82 or 82%, which means that the Sidomakmur farmer group is less efficient in running the farming business because it is still below 1. It is expected that the Sidomakmur farmer group maximizes the existing potential. so that onion farming can be efficient.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha budidaya udang vaname dilihat dari aspek Finansial. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengolahan data kuantitatif dilakukan untuk menganalisis aspek finansial menggunakan alat analisis Payback Period, Net Present Value, Dan Profitability Index. Hasil dari perhitungan analisis aspek finansial pada usaha budidaya udang vaname dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan/ dikembangkan karena melihat nilai PP lebih kecil dari umur investasi yaitu 5 tahun sedangkan umur investasinya 2 tahun 9,6 bulan, NPV bernilai positif yaitu Rp. 12.900.000 , dan PI diterima karena hasil perhitungannya yaitu bernilai 1,016125 >1 kali. Kata Kunci: Kelayakan, Usaha, Udang Vaname, Analisis, Finansial. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of vaname shrimp farming in terms of financial aspects. Data processing is done quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative data processing is carried out to analyze financial aspects using Payback Period, Net Present Value, and Profitability Index analysis tools. The results of the calculation of the financial aspect of the vaname shrimp farming business were declared feasible to run/develop because the PP value was smaller than the investment age, namely 5 years, while the investment age was 2 years 9.6 months, the NPV was positive, namely Rp. 12.900.000 , and PI is accepted because the calculation result is 1.016125 > 1 times. Abstract

Shallot (Allium ascalonicum, L) is one of the leading agricultural commodities in Brebes Regency which is the national shallot center. Analysis of income and feasibility of shallot farming in Brebes has never been studied. This research was conducted to determine the study of income analysis and the feasibility of shallot farming carried out by farmers who are members of a combined farmer group (Gapoktan) Gandasuli sub-district, Brebes Regency. This research was conducted from February to March 2023 on shallot farmers at the Gapoktan located in Gandasuli Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency. The location selection was carried out purposively with the consideration that Gapoktan is a combination of farmer groups that consistently cultivate shallots throughout the year. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study type of research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The shallot farming business obtained a total farmer income of Rp. 200,000,000 with a total production cost of Rp. 152,110,000 and the income received is IDR 47,890,000. The results of the analysis obtained the R/C ratio value of 1.315 which indicates that the shallot farming carried out by Gapoktan "Tanihasil" Gandasuli Village, Brebes Regency is feasible to cultivate with a BEP value of Rp. 190,140,000. Farmers with a productive age and long experience working in shallot farming will influence the success of shallot cultivation.
