Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to determine (1) the effect of workload and work stress partially on the performance of cleaning service employees at Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital, (2) the effect of workload and work stress simultaneously on the performance of cleaning service employees at Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital in the case of this research is a cleaning service employee of Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital. This research is a quantitative research. This study uses primary data, which is obtained by distributing questionnaires directly at Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital. The population in this study were 30 employees of the Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital cleaning service. Samples were taken as many as 30 respondents using the saturated sample technique. The data obtained was then processed using the SPSS Statistics 22 tool. The results showed that (1) workload (X1) had no effect ( 1.366 ) and was significant ( 0.183 > 0 , 05) on the performance of Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital employees, (2) work stress (X2) had no effect ( 1,981 ) and significant (0 , 0 58 > 0 , 05) on the performance of Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital employees, (3) workload and work stress have a significant effect (0.0 13 > 0.05) simultaneously on the employee performance of Ibnu sina Makassar Hospital. Abstract

Abstrak Dosen sebagai bagian dari organisasi dituntut untuk memiliki komitmen organisasi. Dimana setiap dosens di tuntut untk menunjukkan kepuasan kerjanya sebaba kepuasan kerja dosen merupakan fundamental seseorang mau berktivitas. Banyakanya dosen yang tidak taat dengan aturan organisasi dan memiliki keteriketan emosional dengan organisasi yang menjadi wadah tempat mengajar. Dosen sering memilih alternatif organisasi yang lain daripada organisasi yang mewadahinya, dan sering tidak menunjukkan kesetiaan terhadap organisasi yang mewadahinya. Fenomena rendahnya komitmen organisasi ini selalu didasari oleh pertimbangan kepentingan, untung rugi dan loyalitas yang rapuh . Dari hasil penelitian bahwa variable profesionalisme dosen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam kinerja dosen, sedangkan untuk variable komitmen organisasi berpengaruh namun tidak signifakan sedangkan untuk variable perilaku organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kata Kunci: Profesionalisme, Komitmen Organisasi, Perilaku Organisasi, KinerjaAbstractLecturers as part of the organization are required to have organizational commitments. Where every lecturer is demanded to show his job satisfaction because the job satisfaction of lecturers is fundamental someone wants to be active. Many lecturers who do not obey the rules of the organization and have emotional connection with the organization that becomes a place to teach. Lecturers often choose alternative organizations that accommodate them, and often do not show loyalty to the organization that accommodates them. The phenomenon of low organizational commitment is always based on consideration of interests, profit and loss and fragile loyalty. From the results of the research that the variable professionalism of lecturers has a positive and significant effect in the performance of lecturers, while for variable organizational commitment is influential but not significant while for variable organizational behavior has a positive and significanteffect. Keywords: Profesionalisme, Komitmen Organisasi, Perilaku Organisasi, Kinerja
