Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memengetahui Pengaruh Pendapatan dan Lokasi terhadap Pembelian Rumah Subsidi Perumahan Bumi Findaria Mas 2 di Kabupaten Maros baik secara parsial dan secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga penghuni rumah subsidi Perumahan Bumi Findaria Mas 2 dan sampel yang diambil sebagai responden adalah sebanyak 100 orang dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis secara deskriptif, uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi uji T dan uji F, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 38,8 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Secara parsial semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis kinerja keuangan dalam mengukur pertumubuhan laba pada PT Jas Mulia di Kecamatan sukamaju Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini untuk membuktikan penerapan teori stakeholder oleh Ghozali (2015) yang menyatakan bahwa perusahaan bukanlah entitas bisnis yang hanya beroperasi untuk kepentingan sendiri, namun harus memberikan manfaat kepada seluruh stakeholder seperti pemegang saham, kreditur, konsumen, supplier, pemerintah, masyarakar, analisis dan lain-lain. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data yang ada pada perusahaan. Popolasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada perusahaan dari tahun 2018-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dalam mengukur pertumbuhan laba pada PT. Jas Mulia di Kecamatan Sukamaju Kabupaten Luwu Utara mengalami perbaikan tiap tahunnya, hal ini dibuktikan current ratio selama tiga tahun (2018-2020) mengalami peningkatan atau berada dalam batas-batas normal untuk memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya, yaitu pada tahun 2018 current ratio sebesar 122%, tahun 2019 current ratio sebesar 123%, dan tahun 2020 current ratio sebesar 125%. Selanjutnya return on equity pada tahun 2019 sebesar 6,6% dan tahun 2020 return on equity mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,8%. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan Dan Pertumbuhan Laba

Abstract

Abstrak The Effect of Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Inventory Turnover Rates on Profitability at PT. Cipta Karya Makmur Bersama  in the city of Makassar.  This study aims to determine the effect of the level of cash turnover, accounts receivable, and partially and simultaneously a significant effect on profitability at PT. Cipta Karya Makmur Bersama 2015-2019 in the city of Makassar The main problem in this research is whether the level of cash turnover, receivables, and inventory partially and simultaneously has a significant effect on profitability at PT. Cipta Karya Makmur Bersama 2015-2019 in the city of Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the variable cash turnover has a significant effect on rentability because it has a significance value of 0,000 which is smaller than a = 0.05, accounts receivable turnover variable has a significant effect on rentability because it has a significance value of 0.003 which is smaller than       a = 0, 05, while the inventory turnover variable does not have a significant effect on profitability because it has a significance value of 0.408 which is greater than a = 0.05 Simultaneously the cash turnover, accounts receivable, and inventory have a significant effect on rentability because it has a significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than a = 0.05.Kata Kunci: Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover and  Profitability

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Sudiang, Makassar, through capacity building in digital marketing. In the era of rapidly developing digitalization and increasingly open and competitive markets, women farmers are required to be able to master digital technology-based marketing strategies so that the local agricultural products they produce can reach a wider market, not only at the local level but also regionally and even nationally. The methods used in this activity include interactive training, direct technical assistance, as well as social media development and the use of e-commerce platforms. Special training focuses on practical skills such as creating promotions, managing Instagram Business accounts, using WhatsApp Business content, and an introduction to the basics of branding and product photography. The assistance is carried out in stages to ensure that participants not only understand the material theoretically but also are able to implement it independently. The results of the activity show a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in using digital technology as a product marketing tool. Participants become more confident in publishing their products online and are able to manage social media accounts professionally. One of the program's key achievements is the formation of a local digital community among women's groups (KWTs), which serves as a collaborative network for sharing information, marketing strategies, and supporting joint promotions. This community opens up opportunities for sustainable, long-term collaboration to collectively increase product sales value. Overall, this activity represents a strategic step in building women's economic independence through the inclusive and applicable use of digital technology. With this training, it is hoped that women's groups (KWTs) can become active actors in the local digital economy ecosystem and compete healthily in the open market.
