Abstract

Abstrak Disiplin kerja dibangun melalui persepsi individu atas sikap dan perilaku tertentu, didukung lingkungan sekitar kerja yang memadai sebagai faktor prediktor dari meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Adapun penelitian bertujuan mengetahui konsep disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT Kaibon Indah dengan total sampel berjumlah 55 orang karyawan. Penelitian memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif dengan structural equation modelling dan partial least square (PLS) sebagai alat analisis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kaibon Indah. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan; Lingkungan Kerja. Abstract Work discipline is built through individual perceptions of certain attitudes and behaviors, supported by an adequate work environment as a predictor factor of increased employee performance. The study aims to determine the concept of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees in the production department at PT Kaibon Indah with a total sample of 55 employees. The research utilizes quantitative methods with structural equation modeling and partial least square (PLS) as analytical tools. The findings show that work discipline affects performance and the work environment affects the performance of PT Kaibon Indah employees.
