Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh “Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Displin Kerja Karyawan di PT. Reycom Documen Solusi Semarang”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan dan seluruh populasi menjadi sample penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disebarkan ke seluruh sample. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap displin kerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap displin kerja karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap displin kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap displin kerja karyawan. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of “Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Discipline at PT. Reycom Document Solutions Semarang”. The population in this study were 100 employees and the entire population became the research sample. This study uses data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to the entire sample. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis that have been carried out can be concluded that: leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.
