<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe the post-pandemic recovery program for the tourism sector in Berau Regency. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis technique of interactive model analysis. The results showed that the tourism recovery program after the Covid-19 pandemic in Berau Regency in the innovation aspect was carried out through the development of new tourism in Dumaring village, encouraging the Entrepreneurial Village Change Action in Ambun Village, and promoting tourism from social media. For the adaptation aspect, it is serious in implementing health protocols in the tourism industry in Berau Regency through the implementation of the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) policy during the adaptation period of new habits. Meanwhile, the collaboration aspect carried out is to build collaborations by involving stakeholders from the private sector, universities, and collaboration with other countries in the context of accelerating economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic in the Berau Regency. Keywords: Tourism, Covid-19, Recovery, Berau Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan program pemulihan sektor pariwisata pasca pandemi di Kabupaten Berau. Pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data analisis model Interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemulihan pariwisata pasca pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Berau pada aspek inovasi dilakukan melalui pengembangan wisata baru yang ada di kampung Dumaring, mendorong Aksi Perubahan Kampung Enterpreneur di Kampung Ambun serta melakukan promosi wisata dari media sosial. Untuk aspek adaptasi yang dilakukan adalah kesungguhan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan dalam industri pariwisata di Kabupaten Berau melalui implementasi kebijakan CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) di masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Sementara itu untuk aspek kolaborasi yang dilakukan adalah membangun kolaborasi dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan dari pihak swasta, perguruan tinggi serta Kerjasama dengan negara lain dalam rangka percepatan pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Berau.
