Abstract

Pandemic Covid 19 telah memberikan banyak perubahan dalam proses kehidupan manusia. Berbagai kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan dan dilakukan oleh pemerintah tidak seenuhnya didukung oleh masyarkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa Kanonang Tiga Kecamatan Kawangkoan Kabupaten Minahasa pada penerapan protokol Kesehatan Covid 19 dalam kajian ilmu administrasi publik. Dengan menggunakan desain kualitatif ditemukan bahwa pemerintah desa menetapkan objek pegawasan yaitu segala aktivitas masyarakat di desa dalam bekerja, belajar, beribadah dan aktivitas social lainya, kondisi kesehatan masyarakat serta pada masyarakat yang belum dan telah melakukan vaksinasi. Akan tetapi terjadi perubahan waktu pengawasan antara tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2021 dan ditahun 2022. Pengawasan secara ketat dilakukan pada tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021 karena penyebaran Covid 19 saat itu sangat tinggi. Di tahun 2022 hanya secara insidential oleh pemerintah desa pada siang hari dan malam hari hanya mengingatkan masyarakat melalui pengeras suara. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Pemerintah Desa, Covid 19.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and describe the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in the Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Tomohon City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research conducted, it can be said that the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in the Office of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the City of Tomohon is developing. This can be seen from the increase in sales figures from MSMEs as well as receiving assistance from the existing government. Keywords: Development, UMKM, Government ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kota Tomohon. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kota Tomohon bisa dikatakan terjadi pengembangan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari angka penjualan dari UMKM meningkat dengan juga mendapat bantuan-bantuan dari pemerintah yang ada. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, UMKM, Pemerintah

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the local government's strategy in dealing with unemployment in the Talaud Islands Regency and see what are the obstacles to the local government in overcoming unemployment in the Talaud Islands Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of the study, it shows that, for the objectives or targets that have been implemented properly by prioritizing the unemployed community in every existing policy strategy, the policy strategies that have been made and are being implemented in tackling unemployment in the Talaud Islands Regency have not been able to overcome unemployment because not all the unemployed community that can be reached with the policy strategy that is being implemented, and for the activity stages of the policy strategy being implemented, it can be seen from the activities that have been carried out in order to support the policy strategy that is being carried out by the Regional Government. Keywords: Unemployment, strategy, SME Cooperative Service and Manpower

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of great urban village policies in public services in Bitung City. Qualitative research methods are also called naturalistic methods. For the results of this study, it can be seen that the policy standards for implementing the great village policy in Paceda Village have met the effectiveness criteria. And also this Great Kelurahan policy can be considered realistic to solve service problems so far because the service process provided is faster, transparent and uncomplicated and the standard of service provided is also easy for the public to access. The suggestions from the researchers are related to several problems in the application in the field where people who do not have cellphones/gadgets can coordinate with the head of the RT or head of the environment in the process of managing files via online in accordance with the policies of the Great Village. Keyword: Implementasion, Policy, Village, Public Sevice
