Abstract

Manusia tercipta sebagai mahluk sosial yang memiliki sistem hidup berkelompok-kelompok. Sistem tersebut kemudian melahirkan sub-sub sistem tertentu dalam memperjelas dan mempertegas status dan peranan hidupnya. Tentu hal tersebut berjalan dinamis sesuai dengan dinamika zaman yang berkembang selama ini.Kaca mata sosiologi memandang bahwa manusia pada hakikatnya memproduksi dirinya sendiri. Termasuk TNI AD yang dalam pandangan umum identik dengan kelompok militerisme dan cenderung menakutkan serta mudah melakukan "kekerasan" adalah produk dari adanya manusia sebagai TNI.

Abstract

"Power tends to corrupt those who wield it, and absolute power tends to corrupt absolutely," is the famous adagium of the leading political scientist, Lord Action. The history of the countries in the world can be considered as the "manifestation" of that adagium. How is the role and the contribution of Islam in this case? You will find the answer in the following article. One of the "final" conclusion is that islam tends to stress the Muslim leaders high commitment to its teachings.

Abstract

The two main affairs in every university are academic affairs ans student affairs. No gap between them. They strengthen and tighten each other. University will have a good achievement and prestige when these two pillars are combined harmoniously. Here is fundamental existence of student. To educate a good student, university needs a good framework of his affairs. Muhammadiyah Universities (Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah/PTM) can be considered as "the biggest" universities in Indonesia. They almost exist in every big cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Surakarta and Palembang. They need a good framework of student affairs to produce a good sholars.
