Abstract

The objectives of this research is to know and analyze the efects of leadership effectivity at work environment and its impact on personnel motivation simultaneously and partially. This study involves 141 personnel at Alkhairaat University that have been determined using purposive sampling metod. Analysis method used in this research is SEM-PLS Work 3.0. the results show that leadership effectivity performs positive and significant effect on physical, non-physical work environment and job motivation. However, physical work environment does not perform an effect on job motivation of personnel at Alkhairaat University, Palu. The value of R-square 0.784 indicates that 78.4% leadership effectivity is affected by job motivation, physical and non-physical work environment, meanwhile 21.6% is affected by other variables that are not investigated in this research.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, human resource development and work discipline on employee’s performance at Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Office of Parigi Moutong Regency. Data was collected through quitionnaire. The result of the study shows that it is valid and reliable. Sample of the study was the entire of employees which amounted to 30 people. Sample is selected by using probability sampling method and then selcted through (validity test) and (reliability test) method. These tests used computer software of IBM SPSS statistical version 2012 program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social conditions in education and health as well as the economic conditions on the income of the oil palm plantation workers of PT. TamacoGrahaKrida. This research was conducted at PT. Tamaco Graha Krida Desa Ungkaya, Witaponda Subdistrict, Morowali Regency from February to May 2020. This research used descriptive analysis method, the sample of respondents was taken using purposive sampling method and calculated using the Slovin formula as many as 76 respondents of oil palm plantation workers PT. TamacoGrahaKrida. Based on the results of research on 76 employees of PT. TamacoGrahaKrida, it is known that workforce education is categorized as good, because 65.78% of respondents have attended 12 years of compulsory education, which is categorized as secondary or moderate education, and education in children is categorized as good because as many as 18.86% have attended college, whereas in the workforce's health, 1.31% of respondents had a history of comorbidities with chronic gastritis and diabetes and were declared unhealthy, while respondents who did not have a history of comorbidities and only had minor complaints were 98.68% and declared healthy, and in this condition. the average income received by the respondents is Rp. 3,247,368 per month and it is said to be good because it is higher than the Minimum Wage (UMK) of Morowali Regency in 2020 amounting to Rp. 2,768,593 / month.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan Positioning antara toyots Avanza dan Daihatsu xenia. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini di jawab dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif MDS (Multi Dimensional Scalling) dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden terdiri dari 50 orang pengguna produk kendaraan Toyota Avanza dan 50 orang pengguna produk kendaraan Daihatsu Xenia yang ditentukan dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pemosisian mobil merek Toyota Avanza dan Daihatsu Xenia di Kota Palu dipersepsikan berbeda oleh responden pengguna kedua merek mobil tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan berdasarkan pada peta persepsi Multi Dimensional Scalling (MDS) terlihat bahwa kedua merek mobil (Toyota Avanza dan Daihatsu Xenia) memiliki letak pada jarak yang saling berjauhan. Sehingga Pemosisian terhadap Atribut-atribut mobil, sesuai hasil peta persepsi Multi Dimensional Scalling (MDS) terlihat bahwa responden mempersepsikan sebagian besar atribut-atribut mobil tersebut berbeda antara Toyota Avanza dan Daihatsu Xenia karena berada pada letak jarak saling berjauhan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the development of human resource work quality in enhancing the performance of Civil Servants at the Bambaira Sub-District Office, Pasangkayu Regency. The research involved 25 civil servants as respondents. The findings reveal that the quality of human resources at the Bambaira Sub-District Office is excellent. The civil servants demonstrate a high level of competence, which is reflected in their consistent ability to deliver optimal performance. Employees exhibit a thorough understanding of their responsibilities and maintain a collaborative work environment. When faced with challenges or uncertainties in performing their duties, coworkers readily offer constructive advice and guidance. This positive interaction fosters a supportive atmosphere that ensures task completion aligns with the organization's goals. Consequently, the work cycle runs smoothly, meeting organizational expectations efficiently. These results underline the significance of human resource quality in achieving superior performance and organizational success. The study highlights the importance of continuous development and fostering teamwork to sustain high performance among civil servants. In conclusion, the quality of human resources at the Bambaira Sub-District Office plays a pivotal role in driving effective service delivery and organizational achievement.
