Education has a role in shaping students' character to become better individuals. Building character in students, especially elementary school students, is the right effort because elementary school is the most basic root of education towards student learning success at the next level. This research aims to find out, analyze and describe the process of implementing scouting game activities and the implications of scouting game activities for developing the honest, disciplined and friendly character of students at SDN Batuceper 1. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects in this research were students in grades 3 and 4, scout trainers, scout leaders, and the principal of SDN Batuceper 1. Data collection used in this research was observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validation of data in this research is by technical triangulation. The results of this research found that the overall scouting game process was conditioning before starting the game, explaining the rules of the game, the game process, and explaining the purpose of the game. The games played were drawing together, white water rafting, and forming a line. Based on the results of the questionnaire, 85% of students answered correctly and 15% of students answered incorrectly. So it can be concluded that this Scouting Game shows significant implications for developing students' honest, disciplined and friendly character.
